I did not have any issues with storing my belongings or with the staff. The hours were convenient. The only problem I had was pricing. I needed to downsize to 10 by 10 and every time I called they did not have one available. So I had to, go somewhere else.

Understaffed, had to wait over 30 min to pick up truck, wait time is too long, check engine light was on, information about truck was incorrect, had to correct everything, utility dolly was not in truck when requested online, had to go back inside, wait 45 minutes to get the dolly. The location is convenient but the rest of my experience was very poor.

I received a text that I was eligible for an upgrade and I replied 'Y' to the text and never received a call or the upgrade. I never received a confirmation phone call either. I got a call, I wasn't available to answer. I got a text saying to respond with a good time to call. I said I was available anytime or they could call at 6pm AZ time. No one ever called

Originally made my reservation for a 15" truck at 3001 MacArthur Rd at 12pm on 3/7/24. Not sure why, but at 11:00am on 3/7/24 I got a call from (484)224-3806 asking if I could pickup at 2240 MacArthur Rd instead. So I agreed, but when I arrived on time at 2240 MacArthur Rd AKA Sterling Auto Sales & Service, no one was there to assist me. I waited about 10-15 minutes, then I called customer service, who after some back and forth advised me to go back to 3001 MacArthur Rd? I don't understand why U-Haul would send me to another location to pickup a rental, where no one can help me. So I had drive back to 3001 MacArthur Rd to get my rental, and as a result I was late to where I needed to be.

We used SWIFT MOVERS and we were very impressed with their professionalism, hard working ethic, reasonable rate, and organized. We didn't have to worry about a thing....the move went so smooth and worry free. I would most definitely hire them again for our move.

I did the in town rental with unlimited miles, Safe move insurance, and it said it would be $165. We ended up paying over $200 and had to pay for a mileage overage.

The management and staff at this facility is excellent. Over the past 8 years every employee has been courteous and helpful in some way, I always left the facility with a positive experience. A special mention to Wayel G for he went above and beyond to assist in my package deliveries to ensure I received a phone call in a timely manor. Wayel is truly a professional and a tremendous asset to the UHaul management team.

Female staff was rude and hung up when being asked some specific questions concerning my account that was paid up but charged a late fee. She refused to give her name while the male staff member refuse to give her name when i called back to report the event. He also refused to give his name. I closed my account the next day and found another place for $50 cheaper & staff is nicer…so far.

Everyone was professional exce o t, one female, older, light colored wavey hair. She was rude, intureupted into a transaction she had no business to say a word, she said "oh congratulations" a very stupid thing to say, when I asked where my 2nd lock was she again intrumpeted and says "we don't allow 2 locks" I was not aware of that fact...I wanted my $16.00 lock back, you could have asked me to remove it. She did not allow the man assisting me to do his job, she is rude and speaks loudly! She was the same person that emailed me a month or 2 back on the first of the month saying my payment was late and if I don't pay my unit will be forfeited. My was due on the 2nd of the month.. when I called she was unavailable.

I had a horrible experience here and I will not be coming back or recommending you guys to anyone . Unfortunately the staff had lack of communication all around when it came to my vehicle being stored here . My vehicle was in an accident so I needed to store it. It was here for 2 years until you guys called me asking me to get a car cover for it because the front was off and to move my car over because it was slightly over the line when the tow truck pushed it in the spot . I went to put the cover on and a nice employee with you guys helped me and also said she didn’t know who called me to come in and do all that but the car was fine in the spot and didn’t need to be moved. Well after that you guys called me numerous times and one of the times I was sick with covid and you guys demanded me to come take my car out the lot because it wasn’t movable and you guys need the title which I don’t have because I still have a loan on my car. So I was told the policies changed which is ridiculous because I’m paying you guys. But the problem with that is I spoke to a guy on the phone and told him to put a note on my account the date I was available to pick up my car and that same week and he was fine with that. I got called 3 more times about my car that same week which is just crazy and annoying like you guys must not communicate at all because I had multiple different ppl call me . So the day I go to pick up my car my car cover I paid $70 for was missing I was told some blew off and someone claimed them and that my car never had one when I had one of your employees help me put it on . Of course the manager of storage couldn’t compensate me or do anything but say sorry ! You guys are just so unprofessional and full of excuses and I would never in my life come here again . Thank you for taking my money and giving me a headache !

I have two issues with my experience. 1. You charged me an after-hours drop off fee of $20 when I had to do was drop the keys into a drop box so that you could process the return in the morning when it is convenient for you. Its not like you are paying anyone extra to be there for me. I have a big prob with this. Your taking advantage of a mutually beneficial option. This is the kind of thing that would keep me from using you again on principle. 2. My online account did not have my space included so I could not manage the termination through it. Minor issue compared to the prior.

My only complaint was that I hired a UHaul truck with a storage unit, which was way too small for what I described as one bedroom one living room. I ended up leaving furniture outside storage to be picked up the next day as it did not fit in such a small unit. I should have received a bigger unit after renting the truck

I not paying for the unit that I don’t have my stuff in

There were problems throughout my entire experience. Even though I reserved the unit the afternoon before and I had purchased a disc lock and paid for it and set up an 11am appointment for the next morning, NOTHING was ready. My unit was not available, I didn't get my lock until after I moved my items into the storage unit, and then my key card did not work at all. I had an extremely negative experience, and on top of that while I waited at least 30-40min for me to get my unit it was raining outside and I made it very clear to the UHaul employee that my mattress was getting wait and how much longer this would take. I was ready to buy another piece of tarp to put over my mattress but when I asked how much it was he said he couldn't tell me unless he exited out of the screen he was on (which I was afraid if he did that the whole process of trying to get me assigned to a unit would start all over). I will never rent a storage unit from this location ever again. Extremely poor service.

I had a wonderful experience overall! Bradley Moharter is the man, a cool dude! 😉 The only not so good thing is the temperature in the storage unit area. Its so hot and the amount of sweat, in just 15 minutes isn't healthy so I couldn't stay as long as I desired one Saturday, to go through and prepare items for movers. Otherwise, I really have no negative complaints, I had a good experience and my items were safe! Thanks U-Haul! 😊

My truck wasn't ready. I drove 14 hours to be told I owed $189. but nobody knew why. Then I drove another 15 hours to Whitehall pa to find out there was no storage unit available that was supposed to be included in the payment. Lucky that the man in Pa was so helpful. Exceptional service in Pa.

Check in process for storage took over 45 minutes.. after I had reserved via phone prior. The storage unit lock mechanism doesn't work properly, you have to stand on the doors pull down handle to get the slide to work. The unit had something very greasy stored prior that was never cleaned. We covered in an old blanket. The exterior of the storage is littered with current/previous tenants broken glass and misc litter.
