There was nowhere to park on property. I was told to park on the street yet again there was nowhere to park as they had all their moving trucks parked there also. Didn't feel it was in the best part of town & not good business to not have some spaces onsite to park your vehicle while I rented a truck for 2 hours.

Michael was more than helpful and accommodating. He went out of his way by finding my hidden receiver, attaching new hitch, plugging in lights and explaining how everything works to ensure we have a safe U-Haul experience. Customer service call center was a horrible experience. Had to call multiple times because location kept being changed due to a location not having everything I needed. This location was supposed to credit me a partial refund but instead charged me so now I have to call the customer service number again. I do not recommend this company. Moving is stressful enough I don’t needed added stress.

More range of supplies at the registers for helping with the move: different types of labels for boxes/furniture, etc. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location parking a bit limited, but it worked out. Van was in very clean condition - nice!

This is a very busy Uhaul location that could benefit from a dedicated counter professional to exclusively work on customer rentals and associated transactions. I have rented here several times with only one problem that was remedied in a timely, by Michael Neff. Bryan (not sure of his last name) was very professional and helpful, even under a stressful morning of some irate customers. This was due to being too busy for one person to handle operations. Given the location of this particular Uhaul, it really needs to be staffed with one dedicated counter person, who is knowledgeable and efficient in all aspects of computer system/company practices and policies.

No changes needed. Representative was courteous and attentive even though he was alone and had a line of other customers waiting. He explained everything well and even blew some trash out of the back of the truck! The online registration and return was awesome. So easy and time saving!

Customer service needs lots of improvement hard to get them on the phone and never receive a call back they sent me email saying if I didn’t return the trailer by the end of the day it will be $20 each day afterwards but the trailer was already turned in at 9:00 AM I got the email at 4 PM. They did fix the mistake but never return my call.

Everyone I worked with here was amazing and friendly and helpful. My only reason for the average rating is how difficult it was to get in and out. Other than that, it was a great experience.

When I arrived at the location at 9:30 I was second in line. I didn’t leave with the truck until 10:20. Their computer system had broken down. They also only had two people on duty, which really slowed things down. I was also told that I couldn’t leave with the truck until after the secondary phone number (my wife’s cell number) was verified. I’ve rented U haul all over this country and don’t recall that step being necessary. When she didn’t answer, he finally had to acquiesce because people had been waiting a long time. I returned the truck an hour and ten minutes later than I expected, and noticed I was charged $28 for safe move instead of $14. I guess next time I will overestimate so that I don’t incur this extra gouging? I don’t get it. I still returned the truck on the same day and checked it back in before the store closed. How did I get charged for two days of safe move? The only reason I would rent from here again is for the convenience of the location. I will plan for the check in process to take too long even though I set it up on my smartphone, I will overestimate my usage time by a couple more hours and I will triple check my receipt

There was no customer service...the manager refused to provide any. The worst experience of 20 plus years of using uhaul. If it was my company i would fire him!

Rente una traila ayer y la entregue hoy aproximadamente 7:40am y no estaba nadien ayer yo le pregunté a la persona aquehoras podría llevar la traila y me dijo 7:30am no la lleve anoche por lo mismo que no se la fueran a robar se las lleve temprano me cobraron 16,45 por la traila y hora me cobraron 20dolares más por que yo la deje ahí pero no estaba nadien y la persona que me rento me dijo 7:30am por eso fui a esa hora si yo hubiera sabido que a las 9 a.m. la podía llevar para que no me cobren los 20dolares creo q deberían de decirles a las personas si la entren cuando esté abierto no se les cobrara los 20 entonces ya save uno y a mi no se me hace justo que me cobren si la persona del lugar me dijo 7:30am la entregará bueno eso fue lo que me pasó y espero que no les pase más personas esto que me paso ami??

This is the place I would recommend everyone to rent from. Everyone from the manager (Mr. Michael Neff) to staff were very friendly and helpful. They made everything so easy for me. I have rented trucks from so many places all over the DFW areas over the last 15 years and this is the location provided me the excellent services i had ever experienced with Uhaul rental company. We were only 10 minutes late with the rental and they charged us $20 freaking dollars we drove from Florida you would of thought they would of been kind and understand only 10 mins late she was owner
