I think it would have been faster to use the live employees vs the online pick up.
Gary MThis is more for U-Haul policies, but we brought the truck back with more gas in it than when we picked it up (4/16 vs. 3/16) and were still charged for SIX miles over on a trip from Dallas to Lago Vista, yet we had to drive 15 miles to drop it off at the designated location, instead of closer U-Haul facilities.

Natalie CI tend to rent a truck a few times a year and this is definitely my new favorite location. It’s big enough to have variety and availability without being a giant location that’s hard to traverse, and the customer service is friendly and top notch. Angela LArrived and no one around, had to call out “hello?”. Was told I selected a virtual pick up option for my truck, which I don’t recall asking for. No email after order confirmation. Had to keep asking for help with the pick up steps. No truck identification number on vehicle. No location for keys. It was a huge headache. Truck engine made noises. Drop off was easy.

Linda wI got overcharged for a day - Returned the vehicle at 10 am , the location only checked out the vehicle in the system at 7 pm !! To add insult to injury - I was charged for an EXTRA day!! . My recommendation is that the staff pay better attention to check in times so this unnecessary aggravation does not happen to other customers - and customers pay attention to your final bill.

lucille F | Overall ExperienceEverything was good with us rental until I returned the van on 10/28. There was a man working there who approached me in the parking lot. He was upset with where I parked the van. I offered to move the van and he took the keys and said he would check it in later. I offered my receipt for the gas and the mileage. He said he would check it in later. I asked if anyone else was working and he said it was “him and God”. I walked into the office and spoke to the woman working the counter. She properly checked in my rental, booked the mileage, verified the fuel and updated my receipt. The man just sat behind the counter staring at me intensely. The whole experience was very uncomfortable. If the woman hadn’t been there I would have left without getting a receipt because the man was so rude and aggressive.

Sherry HWe love this location. They are very friendly, professional and honest. Even though this is a bit further from our house, we rather do business with this location. We rent a van 3 or more times a month. So we do spend a lot of money with Uhaul. We are pleased we found a location to suit our needs.

I waited 6 months to get one and 2 months after I finally get one I’m asked to move out of it because of needing to get more u-haul trucks and parking for them. Well , this is all well and good but for one thing . You see, I was told everyone that had one of those spaces , had move out by June 1. But upon of my storage space on August 8, there was still people in some of the spots. Talk about special privileges!!!

I was always worried every month whether you received my payment. It got so bad I had to send my payment for the 14th on the 3rd to make sure it was received. Sometimes that didn’t help and received emails asking for the payment anyway. Otherwise, the facility was great.

The owner never replied to any emails after complaint was filed he said he would investigate it and that’s it. Never got a credit nor reimbursed me any money. Another manager from another area tried to get me some type of help for me but it didn’t happen.

They wanted over 1100 u me when it was all said and done for 5 hours of work. 200 an hour! -100 an hour a piece! Must have doctorate degrees. Total rip off. Never again!!!

However there is only 1 elevator to get the the second floor and 4 other people were all trying to use the elevator to get to their storage units, so I had to use the stairs until a spot open. This made thing way more difficult and it took far longer. Also the website was not working so dropping off the uhaul it shows we we were another day late when we got the truck their before the cutoff.

The carts that are provided are very useful when loading and unloading my boxes. Steven was also very helpful allowing me to look at the trucks on the lot and explaining the size differences. Yep the 20' truck is going to work out perfectly. Also I liked how they are practicing the Social distancing and face covering when going into the office. I felt at ease.

When I arrive I'm then told the truck is at a different location about 7 miles away. Now keep in mind time is extremely valuable because im moving 3 hours away due to losing my job. So we get there and its a long line , etc. If only I would have been told this it would have been fine. My sister and brother-in-law came to help drive our vehicles and load. So no it wasn't a great experience. I was very disappointed. And the guy that was handling everything was not pleasant either. He kept saying let's go outside then no let me take a look. I said I don't see a 26' truck here. That was my first clue something was wrong. It took 25 mins to figure that out.
