TALLIE WEAVERThe 2 workers at this location were less than stellar. Nothing like walking into a store location and interrupting the workers having a full blown work related conversation barely stopping long enough to greet the customer. Renting with U-Haul is pretty much self service and so when the male employee stopped talking to inarticulately explain how the self service portal worked he then got an attitude because he needed to manually enter my ID and asked me the strangest question, my birthday while he was holding my ID in his hand. Overall I don't like the employees Bad attitude, the rental truck was just ok and ran hard like a transmission issue on the horizon.

Emily GussI told the associate, I rent from U-Haul all the time and was never charged this much, or charged for 30 miles ahead of time so she gave me the keys with no directions on how to locate or where the drop box was to return and when I came back in and asked for help she responded I thought you do this all the time so in reply I had to let her know yes I do and they normally tell me which truck I’m going to get also the location of a dropbox, but I had to come back for her to tell me to look at the numbers on the key and to look at the vin number on the truck 😳 but she ended up pointing to the truck that was directly outside the window.
