Ebonie WI would recommend but the truck was not in good shape at all, the ignition wasn’t working. The attendant had to fight with it to get it started. I couldn’t do it. So I had to leave it running at all times. The passenger side mirror could not be adjusted. Staff was good though.
Darlene SThe truck was dirty and poorly maintained. The oil light kept coming on and the transmission sounded like it needed repair. I was limited in my used due to fear of a breakdown.

Nathaniel WPicking up with the app was terrible. I couldn't upload current photos of the van. I tried calling the 800 number for help and was left on hold for 25 minutes. I ended up accepting the outdated photos that was on the app so I could get the van and do my move. Never again without an agent onsite. The pick up place was great though. Easy to get to and return.

Hermilo PA truck can be rented anywhere! But in today's market, it's all about the customer experience. Ms. Maria Hernandez is ALL about customer service. We would most definitely rent another truck/van from her.
