When I arrived at location, the office was locked and NO LIGHT looks like is closed, no one was there and I waited for about 15 min. until someone show up. When I come back to the same location around 4:10 pm, Again no one in office, and NO LIGHT again, so I waited again for about another 15 min. until someone show up, but I felt that he doesn't want to do the return vehicle process right away while I'm waiting. So you ask me, Would you recommend this location to a friend?

Steve MI went yesterday to rent this Dolly and got treated very poorly by this young girl. Some other guy with long hair first was helping me so he says. He first told me I was denied and totally gave me someone elses paper with someone else name on it. So now I know the guys business he was right next to me. He got denied. No privacy whatsoever. Then this girl came out and told the guy working there to not rent it to me because im the other guy standing there family. Like really? Maybe you should have customer service classes for these people you hire. I will not be going back and will also leave a review so people can see that your profiling people and letting others know about others personal information.
