Thank you so much for helping me get the truck close to where I live! Another location near by gave me bad service & didn't honor the reservation I made 3 days before. May The Good Lord bless U Rent Em location & Mrs. Louise for outstanding care & great customer service! My pick up location was changed twice far away by phone agents without my consent.
ADA RI have used this location for all of my truck rental drop offs. Ms. Lois is wonderful and easy to work with!!
John DThe pick up location was fine. From there, the experience went downhill. There will be a follow up. Numerous issues when the truck broke down, And lack of follow-through.

WILLIS SFor the website, maybe do the verifications ie alternate contact, passport, prior to check in. I found it to be obstructive to the whole process. Maybe doing it prior like you license submission would help?
Brandon SThis was the second location I was sent to to return the truck. I was charged AC extra 60.00 for the extra miles. Even though the fact that the first location was all locked up and would not allow me to return.
Charles WIt was a little dirty but can't really help it since it has been raining, and it's muddy in the pick up area. It was very difficult to get truck out of spot. It would not be recommended for an inexperienced driver to retrieve a truck from the center here especially if no one is there to help.
Arthur HDid not have contact with personnel. We dropped off after hours and put key in the lockbox.
Megan BWe went to drop off truck at 10PM to different site and waited for 45 minutes. We text to a number given and the only text we got back said "white car"? I'm recommending the second place for drop off due to there being no other option on that side of town.
GREGORY BThere was some confusion with the app that could be clearer. I wasn't sure if I kept the lock from the pick up site and when I dropped off the truck there was a key drop I was not made aware of. When I was contacted about the key drop the lot attendant wasn't the friendliest. Gracias
Braden FMy only issue was that I initially reserved a 20 ft, but they called me the day prior letting me know the closest 20 ft was 32 miles from me, which I was not going to drive 32 miles to pick it up, 32 miles back to load, then the additional 40 miles to where we were moving.

FRANK AWindshield was covered in bugs. Truck had a shimmy about 55 mph. Only 1/2 tank of fuel.

Christopher WThe agent showed us a video on her phone of her niece getting rear ended and told us about how she was in the hospital recovering. It was quite a crash! I hope she's doing better.
Cary GThe woman where I rented the Uhaul never asked me where I was bringing Uhaul back to. I told her I was dropping it off in Magnolia near my storage unit. She was on the phone with her daughter the entire time and she never gave me a receipt. This was not the arrangement and you will refund me the $230 you wrongful took from my account, if I had received and receipt saying I needed to return it to Huntsville, I would have corrected it before I left the rental building. Beth FAt first, had issues with the ability to share location, however the UHaul online chat help was able to resolve. Very smooth return process online.

brandon rThey were open on a Saturday for us to drop off the truck. Don't know if this is normal, but very much appreciated. There was a problem with being charged an extra day, which was corrected by the area manager immediately. I appreciate Kenneth contacting me and fixing the problem.

ELISHA MTruck had no gas lady sent co worker to put gas with a 20$ truck only had half a quarter of a tank u-haul said it was 1/4 but it wasnt. Then they charged another 54$ on top of the $154 that i got the truck for because the gas wasnt at 1/4 of a tank. They are bullshit never again!
ARIEL AI received very bad service recently when renting a truck, I ordered 3 dozen of furniture blankets to carry my furniture very well covered and when I went to pick up the truck the blankets were not inside the truck as they had told me they would be, nobody called me to tell me that they did not have the blankets available. Being a Sunday when many Uhaul stores are closed, I had to go buy at a store the blankets and I spend $179.00 I spent this money that was not in my plans to spend

Nalkio MI dropped off on Sunday, when the location was closed. Your online return app wouldn't work on my phone, and I had to get my friend to do the check-in. No instructions were provided for my return, other than the location. I locked the truck and was about to drop the key in the box when I saw the sticker that said I had to use the online app or face a penalty fee. Providing better instructions for after-hours drip off would be helpful.
