Yep I rent from my own store because I know I can trust the Uhaul equipment quality and maintenance.

Paul SThis location is hard because it seems no one is ever in the office. Ive picked up and dropped off here before. Someone else came to drop off their trailer and luckily had the guys phone number. He must live close cause he was over in 5 min. Nice guy but its hard to conduct business when no one is in the office. Once the guy came, he was very friendly.
Wendi LDropped off trailer after hours and employee stayed to help me check in, when he didn't have to. I really appreciated it as I was having Wi-Fi trouble was having a hard time doing it online.

Peter SYou cannot return equipment using the app or the Uhaul web page at this site. I would have liked to have more options for places to return trailers, like I have gotten when I rented trucks.

Nicholas NIt was easy drop off, the location was closed, even though it was listed as open, and it seemed almost abandoned. I felt weird dropping the trailer off there. There was a hand written note on the door saying they were closed for the day and a phone number. Tried calling the number and got no answer. But I texted it on a whim anyways. The person who texted me back was very polite and I have no complaints on that person. But the location seemed vacant and uninviting. Only reason I left the trailer was because there was another one there just like mine already and I took lots of pictures and videos of it at the location for proof.
Julian JThis isn't that dedicated U-Haul location it's actually an auto body shop that also rents a few U-Haul units. The biggest hiccup was that his internet service was really spotty and so it took a little while to complete the process but the guy working there was nice enough and everything went fine.

Shirley Alocation could use some TLC but the rep was great. The trailer towed straight with no vibration or balance issues. Getting the trailer and dropping it off was easy - no hassle.

Samuel HIf your going to have an unmanned location you need to have sufficient WiFi to use the app. This place is a joke. It took over 30 minutes to use the app to rent the locat because photos would not upload. Just as bad at the return having to start over 3 times. This was my worst experience and I will not ever rent again

Robert GThis should not be used for a pickup site unless there is someone in the office. When we finally found a spot to get cell reception to get the access code for the lock, the lock was frozen. Thankfully someone happened by that had a spray can to unfreeze the lock. Then we were happy that there was some chopped wood nearby because the latch was frozen. It was definitely NOT a good experience. It took us over an hour to get into the van... after driving 45 minutes to get to the location.

TERENCE H24 hr check in/out doesn't work well here do to lack of cell coverage for both Verizon and At&t. Easy in and out location though.

MICHAEL CInsides of truck were clean but the window was covered with bugs outside! Paperwork was not explained sufficiently. Were asked to return to different location but on arrival told another place.
DANNY Puntie the safety chains - they were in knots the screw-down thing on the hitch did not stay tight - trailer lights worked but were so cruddy they were really hard to connect

CHARLES MNo one home. I had to unhook my car from the tow-pully and leave the key in a box.
Wesley GThe lady running the place is not consistent in her hours, she lets her small grandkids climb all over her, beat metal things on her desk and play with the keyboard on her computer while she was trying to check my truck out. She took 2 personal calls while i was there trying to check out. She just laughed it all off. I was in a hurry and she took almost an hour to check out, and I wss the only person there.....it was so unprofessional and rude. That was the last time i got a truck. This time she wasnt there at all and there is horrible cell phone service there so it took me forever to check the truck out on my phone and check it back in. These 2 times were the worse uhaul experience ever. And I have moved a lot using Uhaul. Not a good representation of Uhaul.
Wendi LThe hours are very limited which is fine with the option of your 24/7 Share program. However, there is little to no cell service at this location making it literally impossible to complete the online check in, rental, and return. The location did have an available WiFi service of which was massively slow and took us the better part of an hour to facilitate the rental process. Not a good service at the Spirit Lake, ID location.
Shelley PThe UHaul truck did not drive well saved you couldn't safely store it at 45 miles per hour basically I was not happy.
Heather LHad to wait outside for more than half hour, even left for a while because they were not ready. They were friendly. Didnt have the size of truck I had ordered and had to drive 3 days in a much larger truck than I had wanted.
pamela tI was scheduled to return to Spirit Lake and they didn't know I was coming. Didn't offer any receipt indicating the transport was returned clean and without damage. Made me uneasy. I have used U-Haul for over 50 years and never had that happen before.

RON FI called for a coeur d alene pick up and the day I was to pick it up, they said to drive to spirit lake to pick it up. we waited 1 1/2 he for spirit lake to drive it from sanpoint and then it was full of mud which we had to clean. very unsatisfied customer.
Adam PI made an appointment for 9am and it took the women over 2 hours to finish my paperwork and on other customer. Then she couldn't get her credit card system to work and scanned two cards more than 4 times. I'm still not even sure which card she charged.
