I reserved the equipment at another location (Dillon) The website did not disclose that Dillon did not have trailers when I booked the reservation and Uhaul was unwilling to transport a trailer to the Dillon location forcing me to drive many miles round trip out of my way.

Facility #88 next to mine has a lock on it, but is not secured. I accidently tried opening it thinking I was opening mine, and the door began to open. Realizing it wasn't mine, a closed the door. You folks might want to let the renter of that stall he or she needs to secure their possessions. Thank you. For me everything was great. See you in may

Andy and his staff were really great. The facility itself was clean and secure. What really set them apart was customer service. Andy helped me on a Saturday afternoon to made sure I got the insurance I needed. He even went out to my unit and put on two round locks after our discussion about security. I live several hours away and could not easily complete that task myself. Many thanks to everyone at the Ice House!

The guy was very nice and answered all my newbie questions. He sent me to a local hardware store because my ball hitch was assembled wrong and waited for me to come back. I didn't have any issues besides learning how to back a trailer on the fly. He got it secured to my car and there were no problems. Only suggestion is to let customers know their office is at the Ice House. I was very confused when I didn't see uhaul trailers when I got there.

I was reserved for Butte Montana at Harts RV but while driving over from west Yakima wa. I received a call from U Haul center saying we have bad news ? I was told that the Trailer available was some 60 miles south of Butte . not only was it over a 100 mile round trip it was way out in the sticks and even my GPS had me in some very difficult situations finding the place ,down into farm dirt snow covered farm roads etc.. I never want to experience some thing like this again with out at the very lease a day or two or longer to prepare ,extra gas food etc.. it was way out in the wilderness few services in between . the guy was very nice who I did get the trailer from . it was your call center who after I reserved for Butte who called me while in transit. there was a full week to notify me WHY DID YOU WAIT TIL I WAS ON MY WAY That very same day ??????

The drop off location is actually at a group of storage buildings located outside of Twin Bridges rather than the address in town that was on our paperwork. This required some extra driving around and frustration plus a phone call so we knew where to go. The address we were given on the papers was in reality an ice distribution facility. Very confusing!

Since 2012 I have used the UHaul location in Twin Bridges, MT on several occasions for both rental trucks and trailers. Each time the Uhaul equipment was clean and ready for use and the customer service from this location has been excellent. I will continue to be a UHaul customer from this location when I need this type of service in the future.

Our drop off location was changed to Twin Bridges from Three Forks, MT. There was no cell service to log out so it was a shot in the dark when we dropped the keys in the box that was next to the door. Only a small UHaul sticker was any indication that this was a UHaul location at all. When I tried to call UHAUL customer service there was no answer. The only reason we left the vehicle was because we knew the area and people well enough. Had that not been the case we would not have been comfortable at all dropping off the unit.

My biggest problem was that while.driving through Colorado from Colorado Springs to Cheyenne Wyoming the roads were cement and that stretch was horrible. For some reason the truck bounced so bad I could not get much past 40mph on that stretch making for a very long day. On regular asphalt it was ok. Did have one old large crock break. It was well over a hundred years old. Also the seal.around the window came.loose on the passenger side and flipped.around for the last.day of the trip. The people I worked with were great. But I will NEVER rent that size and model of uhaul truck.again and cannot.recommend it to friends.

I rented a 4x8 enclosed UHaul trailer from Twin Bridges Mini Storage on Monday, 5/15/2017 to take to the Seattle, WA area to pick up an electric organ that I had purchased there. All went well and Matt was very helpful.

I was asked to drop it off 30 miles north of my destination because they didn't want this old trailer either. When I asked what I'd get for doing it, she offered me more miles and more days. That's ridiculous since I'm already where I needed to be. Want a customer to do you a favor, make it worth it. I left it in Twin Bridges where I made the original arrangements.
