Mike GrittonI rented a 10' truck to move a hot tub in town. The truck was too small so it wasn't even used. It was driven 11 miles and they sent me an email saying this rental cost me $101. I put $5 in gas because I only drove 11 miles. They added a cleaning fee and said I owe for 2 more gallons of gas. I can assure you I will never rent from them again. If it takes 3.5 gallons of gas to drive 11 miles I would suggest everyone rent elsewhere unless you have a million dollars for gas. Apparently you need to wax the seat you set on also so you don't get charged $25 for cleaning fee. What a joke. I had just rented from the same place the prior week and had no problem. Don't ever turn a truck back in after hours or you'll be charged whatever they wanna charge you. I'm not paying their light bill for them.

It would have saved me at least 30 miles of truck travel and the same with my car to and from Dillon, SC. But the local truck was not shown on the UHaul website. I saw the local trunk here in Marion, SC within a hour of returning the UHaul truck.

Timothy ClementsThe cargo area of the truck had not been swept out. The "Service Tire Monitor System" warning light was on when I picked up the truck. We figured it was a bad TPS monitor and not a tire leaking down. I drove it to my destination and returned it in the same day and no flat tire.

Charles BerryI think was over charged. dropped every thing off in about one day. lady barely gave me enough mileage just to make the trip but for some reason she charged me more days then I needed She charged me like 3 or 4 days ...I only took it 475 miles, she put down 497 miles which like you see were barely enough. That could have cost me alot if I was over.. miles is what I needed not days. Not happy. If I didn't use the days why wouldn't I get a refund.
