I did have a very unpleasant experience getting my truck initially. I reserved a 20 foot truck weeks in advance. When the time came to pick up the truck, I was sent to a location that was not open - when someone finally arrived at 9 :15 am, I was told that there was no record of my reservation. I was then sent to a second location- no truck! That location was at least kind enough to call Traffic for me (Camacho's Mest Market). Andy at Traffic was finally able to locate a 15 foot truck for me at a third location. (Turf City)). I lost 2.5 hours just picking up a truck thst I had reserved weeks in advance and was not the size I had reserved. Very poor experience. The rest was fine
