Owner of buisness was not helpful, I understand he has another buisness besides U-Haul but they were not able to answer my question when it came to returning the vehicle. I was having trouble inputting the odometer reading and had to call a different U-Haul location for help.

Use the app to drop off the truck or vehicle. This location is not focused on U-Haul drop offs and their primary business is fixing cars. The mechanics there were busy working and not trained to receive vehicles. In this instance, it would be crucially important to use the app for drop-offs. Seriously, no disrespect to Tuneup Masters, but they should not be in the truck rental business, and stick to being auto mechanics.

gang central...people were stadning on the city curbs drinking alcohol and being very loud and violence seemed forthcoming. no place to park. no lights. HAZARDOUS

Did not look like even a uhaul place very scary location super bad area do person did help didn’t now much I ask for receipt say that they don’t go e none I ask to make sure if was good not getting any more charges didn’t know what to tell me I put gas before I dropped off I put a little more then where I got it the gage to be safe and not get the extra charge and they ended up charging me for gas that’s ridiculous because I know it had pass where I got it a true scam I will never rent again not kool and I drop of Monday and they call me Tuesday from uhaul saying if I wanted to extend my rental I was like I return yesterday so I think they used it for a day and then they trying to charge me for the gas

They gave me the wrong truck and didn't notice until I tried to return it in Arizona. It took forever to fix the problem

Tune up masters was the WORST Uhal rental location i have ever been to. The two staff members there were the most unprofessional people i have ever met. On top of them messing up my rental from what should have been a one-way to making it local only i had to drive and return it back to them an additional 170 miles. I extended my rental and began to receive threatening text messages and was being harassed by the staff member saying if I do not return the ubal truck I wast going to go to the"joint" and the sherrif was going to come pick me up. When I picked up the uhal I was told by the member that I can drop it off at the location where I live. I have never had an unpleasant experience with Uhal in the past but there's always a first and last. I DO NOT recommend this rental location. If you on the other hand like to deal with unprofessional people love to be disrespected, harassed and threatened then this location is for you.

The truck was dirty (food, napkins, gum, debris in cab and truck), the tank was completely empty, the windshield wipers were broken and I was told I need to drive to another Uhaul location to have them replaced. I arrived at the pickup location at 3:15, and by the time all of the actions were taken care of and I could take the truck home, it was 5:30. I wasted over two hours. These actions should have been taken care of before I picked up the truck.

There was so much going on there did not know who work there no one try to help they were so rude I didn't fill safe there men drinking in the parking lot so I return the truck put keys in Dropbox. And left

I've been using U-Haul for years. This experiences soured me forever. I rented a truck and was upfront on my plans to drive it to Amarillo Texas and drive it back. When I called back to make sure I would have a truck I was told obviously there were no guarantees but I should be fine. But during that conversation I was told I was given the plan that I was given gave me a better truck. On the way to Amarillo the truck has a blowout. One of the tires was in really bad shape. Because of the location it took 5 hours to get assistance and pushed back my arrival. Not happy at all.

The location itself was fine. The self service pick up was a nightmare... after scanning the QR code the site didn't work and we ended up stuck calling a customer service rep and what seemingly should have expedited our experience ended up taking better than an hour to pick up the truck...
