Very friendly and knowledgeable about everything I needed for my U-Haul rental
Stephen WI went over my guesstimated mileage by 6 miles, roughly $4.70. But I brought the vehicle back with more than a 1/2 of a tank which was a 1/4 more than required roughly 10 gallon of gas $39.00, but I don’t get credit for the difference and still get charged the $4.70 and can’t get my 39.00 back. This is the first time I’ve had this happen. While equipment was clean, lady was very pleasant and thorough, just felt like we could call it even on the mileage besides I had already paid $50 just for mileage, so it wasn’t like I was trying to get it for free.

Essie WThe code wasn’t even right and I was in the phone with customer service for almost 2 hrs and then when I finally got the code the gas tank was empty . Zero . So on top of me having trouble getting the key . I also had to fill it up

Thomas SI did not have any trouble dropping off my equipment. The establishment was closed, by the online checkout process was simple. I was able to park in a reasonable spot and the Key Drop Off Box was easily visible.

TERRY FThe locks weren't actually locked. They were closed but the pin was set so you could just open them. Seems like a liability for you guys.
Dionicio SGive a discount when it is picked up and dropped off the same day! The cost has increased significantly and I paid a total of $230 for only 6 hours.

John FPlease make sure to visual inspect all tires, I left the place of business and when I got home the tire was flat. I had to plug the tire as I needed it. Please call me to resolve.
