Ricky auto sales in Thunder Bay on is where I picked it up . He was so helpful and the most polite . I would recommend anyone a uhaul just because of him. 26 foot truck operated perfect and the economy gauge is alot of fun to drive with .David C.

We Rented and returned the truck on the same property, and they called the day after, accusing us of not returning it.Adam T.
The truck I needed was in limited supply in Thunder Bay. The U-Haul rep worked very hard, complicated by COVID19 restrictions, to source one and clean it.Grant R.
There were no moving pads or furniture dolly left in the truck. I advised of this prior to be charged - but uhaul still charged me for these items. Not impressed. If I had known they weren't going to be left in the truck, as a result of everything being forced to be closed due to Covid19, I would've deleted them off the initial rental request.CORY A.
I called the toll free number. For a padlock passcode problem. I spoke to 2 operators. The first one put me back into the system. I had to navigate to get back into speaking with a representative. The second representive listened, said she would email the location. Then HUNG UP without a goodbye. How rude! After those calls, I was not a happy camper. I managed to get a hold of Dave Stephens location manager, he did an excellent job. I was happy with his service.Dorothy S.
