Also, one of the running lights was out. All of this after waiting for someone to get there more than 30 minutes after our contracted pickup time.

William RobbinsI was having car trouble on my way back home from Lake Buena Vista Florida. I was traveling with my son. I stopped at the Troy Climate Annex location. Although Ms. Sharon first said she did not have availability, she rearranged some things and got Wade and me on the road with a truck and car hauler for our 5 hour trip back to Starkville. Ms. Sharon went out of her way to help. I truly appreciate Ms. Sharon’s help.

Helen RicksOnly issue I have with this location is that 105 S Pecan St is not actually the address of the UHaul office. It is an unmanned lot where rental trailers are picked up and returned. The actual office where rental trucks "should be" returned is located on another street about a block away. Didn't realize all this until I was looking for a drop box to return my keys at 105 S Pecan St - no drop box exists at that location. Frustrating experience, but once we found the actual office the staff was quite helpful.

Elizabeth JarvisThe location drop off is NOT the location for returning the key. They need to put a sign directing people to the key drop off lock box, because it is in an ENTIRELY DIFFERENT STREET AND BUILDING!
JOY HAYCustomer service did not leave desk when I turned in the truck and then sent me a bill for additional mileage after the fact. Could have at least reviewed the odometer and warned us about additional mileage charge particularly since it likely stemmed from the fact that we had to go to a different location than the one that we had our reservation at.

Joy LumpkinYou can improve your Troy location by improving the attitudes of the employers. Make sure they know without a shadow of dout that the equipment is in good working order. Our very first trip cost us $619.00 The car hauler tire on right side was not the right tire for that size hauler. Troy would not make it good. Still have not received any money back. We called Uhaul by # on contract, sayed on phone for 30 minutes. Noone ever answered the phone. Troy said we may have to sit by road 2 to 3 hrs. When a mover rents a Uhaul it should be in working condition. Very upset over the way things were handled. You need o have more friendlier employees in Troy location on 231. Will not be going back.
