It was easy inconvenient to get to customer. Service rep was friendly and accommodating. I did notice that the driver door rubber trim didn't seal the door completely. There was wind noise and cold air blowing in.

I booked on-line and was expecting to retrieve my truck on-line due to not openeing till 10AM. When I got there at 9:15 and went to the APP, it reads "NO Truck assigned to ths reservation" or something like that. Not Happy, had things to do. Anyway Gloria happend to open that morning at 9:30 and all was well.

Brian TUHaul mobile app SUCKS. It took 50 minutes to get approval to get the code to get the keys. Calling was no help. 15 minute hold time only to be transferred to an estimated 30 minute hold time. This is my 3rd miserable experience with UHaul. So long Uhaul, you'll never see me again.

Greg HEverything went well until I received my final bill. I drove the 10 foot box truck a total of 8 miles and was billed for 2 gallons of gas. I find it very hard to believe that this truck only gets 4 miles to the gallon. I was charged an extra $11 for this. I get it that $11 isn't a large sum of money but 1) it shouldn't have gone to you 2) if you do this to everyone that rents it does line your pockets with quite a bit of extra cash. Needless to say I'm disappointed with this and will definitely rethink who I rent with next time.

I switched my original rental from a place that was closed on Sunday and I was having a hard time ensuring I could obtain the keys to the truck when that location was closed. I came to Trojan Storage of Mokena and received excellent service all the way around.

Barton STruck floor covered with stone dust and some very fine gravel. No pads in pad bag. Dissatisfied with process also. Booked Tinley Park location but was referred to Mokena. Did not get clarification and explanation until less than 20 hours before scheduled pickup. Finally was told pickup at 9:30 am when I could have had it at 8:30
Robert SOne of my main complaints is the condition of the Trucks we rent. They are generally old trucks and in need of replacement. You are charging a lot to rent & we expect much better equipment. Next time I rent I will be requesting we get a newer truck especially when we are doing long distance moves or we will cancel our rental.
Pravin GThis was ridiculously expensive just for a quick move. Advertising $19.95/day and then costing me over $150 after paying for gas is horrible. I had the van for less than 4 hours. I'm very disappointed

Michael PThe truck was very old-close to 100,000 miles. Transmission issues. Charged a cleaning fee??? It was more than the base price of the actual rental. Not happy.
Laura BThe only thing that I was not "happy" about was going from the original Tinley Park store to Mokena due to conflict on your end... that added miles that I was not planning to pay for... it ended up about 1/4 to a 1/3 increase of mileage. If something goes wrong with the reservation on U-Haul's side, I don't think the customer needs to pay for it. Just a thought...

David TThe Mokena location was filled with nice, friendly, and extremely helpful people. Tinley Park set up my location for pickup at Mokena and screwed up the pickup time for a time when Mokena wasn't open. A lady working within the building not with UHaul called Carlos and walked her through the steps to get me on my way. Still haven't heard back for the manager Max however
matthew jThe truck was not checked in right away when I dropped it off at 9:00 A.M. It wasn’t checked in till 2:11P.M. I was charged an extra day and had to get that corrected.
James KI was not fan of the "self inspection" concept. I am lucky enough to pay attention and it seemed the car in the pictures was not the correct one. The front had a few missing items which didn't seem right. Also, if there are people who don't want to use it, and just approve everything, UHaul can easily charge these people. I hope this is optional and not mandatory.

MICHAEL D"This location was easy to do business with Gloria they were friendly and office clean Kudos to this store.. I would work on the mobile pick after trying to pick up from your location on Duvan Drive in Tinley Park, in which I had to use mobile. Not a good experience at all several calls till I asked if I can just go to the store that was great to be able to do. However, themobile option needs to be used for returns ONLY. If you didn't have a 24/7 line and this location was not open I would not have been able to complete my need for U-Haul. Saturdays are high move days for people and there needs to be someone at ALL locations even if it is for 4 hrs. You guys have been around for along time so to close on a Saturday mornings not a good.option, people like and will continue to need face to face options.
Terry lThe person who was working by the name of Richard was not in the building when I came in for my 12:30 PM pick up. He came into the building at 12:40 PM from outside. Nobody was there to help me with my rental while I waited. I ended up being late to my pick up. Poorly managed.

Donna EHad problems with linking order to account and had wrong location on reservation. To call customer service wait time was a minimal 20 minutes even at 11 pm and 7 am on a Saturday. Would not do the 24/7 self pickup and drop off again.
