When I arrived at 9:00 am there was no body there. I called the dispatch number and the owner finally showed up. The truck I requested was not there yet. It did arrive later, I assume he did an inspection and what ever he needed to do. He did NOT clean the windshield, it was completely covered in dead bugs. It took a long time to get it clean enough to see out of the windshield. the windshield wipers needed to be changed, they were actually stuck to the windshield in the bugs. When I used them the scraped the windshield and made a noise. I did not get the equipment I requested and was charged for a utility dolly that I did not get and I did not get the credit either. I had to settle for a tow dolly instead of a transport for my car or go out of my way to pick one up. I do not feel that I got any help from uhaul and was greatly disappointed with this move.Joyce T.

In regards to my drop off I was in a hurry to find a restroom and ended up dropping the key off before I took pic of the odometer so was unable to complete mobile check out. Can I please get reimbursed for the late fee? When I booked this I didn't see a place to add anything but pickup and drop off. I picked up in Billings got stuff from storage in Colstrip and returned to billings then on to Culbertson to unload then dropped off in Wolf Point. Can you deduct some of the extra mileage? Can I not be charged a late fee please? I am a teacher and moved to new school on the Fort Peck reservation. The school only covers $500 and I spent way over that with added charges, air-flight, gas, motel. Thank you for considering, Navar SwiftNAVAR S.

when i reserved this 15 foot truck i had called the uhaul location in glasgow , mt and they had a unit for me. i thus tried to do the online , and that was not good for me. thus i talked to a real live person. who was great to work with and all set up for day and time i wanted. next day ( boom ) , no truck. who ever that person was was very unpleasant. my only options were now a big truck in glasgow or have to go extra 100 miles to get what i wanted ( AND THOUGHT I HAD ). I did this but not happy about it. the dealer in wolf point was above and beyond. trip and truck went great. until return day. it was aggreed to go to the heights location in blgs. , mt. luckly i called the day of the return and ( no ) i had to return to 2110 1st ave north in blgs. per another employee who i thought to be rude. thus again i had to rearrange all my plans to accomadate your ( uhaul ) plans with my rental truck , once returned. as far as i an concerned , i and my wife were not impressed. yes extra time , extra mileage ( blah , blah , blah ). nothing smooth about this deal.MITCH M.

I had to drive 100 miles just to pick the u-haul Brian miller in wolf point was wonderful. Nick in Sidney Mt was terrible. The hours say he is open from 9 to 5 got there at 9:15 not there. The girls in the store were nice and called him twice before he showed up both times he said I will be right there I wasted 45 minutes waiting on someone who can't show up on time for work.Deb S.

Brian at Wolf Point was terrific. If he were not for him we probably would never have had what we needed. I AM VERY ANGER. I RESERVED A TRUCK AND TRAILER 7 TO 10 DAYS BEFORE WE NEEDED IT. IT WAS TO BE PICKED UP IN GLASGOW. NEVER RECEIVED ANYTHING FROM UHAUL. THEN THE CUSTOMER THAT HAD THE TRUCK RETURNED IT 2 DAYS LATE. I DO NOT KNOW IF I COULD RECOMMEND UHAUL. I had a confirmed reservation two weeks ahead of time for a 26 foot truck in Glendive, Mt. I was very upset that I had to drive two hundred miles round trip to pick the truck up in wolf Point! At my own expense, nonetheless, plus had to use my own vehicle and friend to drive me to Wolf Point to get the truck! They gave me a 20 per cent discount that didn't even pay for the gas for both u haul truck and my personal vehicle, plus the personal time loss and inconvenience of having to retrieve the truck to Glendive ourselves! What is the purpose of a confirmation number if it doesn't mean that a truck will be available where you want to pick it up , when you pick it up?! I had to drive 75 miles to pickup the trailer. I had to wait a half hour for the guy to show up.Robert A.
The first location at Glasgow, MT was below poor. We had reserved a large truck there at least a week before we needed it. We called up the day before we needed it and they had NO TRUCK and didn't care. Then we learned that we should have guaranteed the reservation with a credit card, but no one, not the guy in Glasgow nor the guy who called us later from Billings, MT to confirm the reservation asked us for a credit card to guarantee the reservation. We were lucky to get a small truck nd a trailer at Wolf Point, which cost us a 100-mile round trip from Glasgow to Wolf Point just to get the small truck and a trailer. Except for the great service from a great guy at Wolf Point, I would rate this experience as 'worst possible' with no stars. We had help for a couple days from near Chicago (over 1200 miles away) and Great Falls and nearly didn't get moved. Should get a complete refund, but I don't believe U-Haul is that honorable.Jim G.
