The uhaul was very old and loud. It served its purpose but was not worth what I paid. May be time to retire that truck. The worker at tri-state was very nice though and very helpful.
Shae C. i called the day before they told me where to drop it off, stopped in the next day they did not even know it was dropped off and was not checked in. computer system was down. stood there for 20 minutes. i just left told her i didnt need a receipt
ben phad a reservation at U Haul in Wheelersburg but when I showed up to get it, they did not have it, they sent me to New Boston after about an hour. I fiinally found one there. took me over two hours total to get on the road back home to load it.

Christi GBetter update records, mileage wasn't updated. When I brought uhaul back I was told I drove 3,000 miles in less than 8 hrs. When in reality I drove 14. The owner of store or manger John that was in charge of renting them out was a great guy went above and beyond to help me out.
Steven C- 1.5 hours of frustration picking up a little trailer - rental guy had no interest in helping me hook up after saying he would on the phone - no hitches, balls, or light connectors for sale on site (had to drive to 2 stores to make it work) - business owner NEXT DOOR helped me instead
