Did an online check out because it was a Sunday and the location was closed...didn't provide a code to unlock box to get the keys..had to call someone who really couldn't help..so she had to call someone who could..and it took me almost an hour to get the keys to the truck when it was booked more than 24 hours in advance

Check with the location and make sure that the applicable equipment needed for the 24/7 truck share is up the par. There was an issue with me receiving my key because the lock box has 2 slots. Uhaul gave me the number and code for one box but the agent put the key in the other because that particular box didn't lock. That is something uhaul shouldve been aware of

Communication with 3rd party, leasing agent, and accounting was a little off. But when the errors due this problem, the staff was quick to offer and follow-thru with a workable and accomdating solution. I had 24 hr access, which had to be requested, not automatic, which given the police know that, I had 2 come barreling down on me one night. I was polite, right away showed them the key and I knew I was 1 of 2 that has that. He briefly flashed my car, took a quick note of ny name from my license, and was done by the time i was done grabbing what I needed and we all pulled out together. I like the fact they were right on top of it, and most have shared the info, because another run out there got me a 2 finger salute and nod of the head by the officer passing by as i pulled in. So extra thanks for keeping our belongs safe and the communication open. I would however see about the intermittent light flashing up front and maybe just adding a flood light on the gate area. I always tried to watch that no one walked in while the gate was closing, but sometimes it was hard to tell what was a shadow from real. Other than that GOLD STAR!! I will recommend and use again if ever in need. Thanks!!!

My things were wet and covered in spiders and webs . Some things had to be thrown it . Never again will I rent from them, as well as she sending me a move out receipt , I never said I was moving out . The lady is money hungry and is ready to auction off your things at any given moment . Avoid this place

So i tried to upload pictures of returning the car dolly tonight when i got back to beaufort SC from Sumter SC. But the app said i didnt have a contract. But i received text from uhaul as to where to drop it off at. Kinda weird. Hope i dont get charged for another day!

I mainly dealt with Paula who was very nice, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Any questions I had were answered and in a timely fashion. I loved that they sent reminder emails at the end of each month for payment due for the following month. If anyone asks about storage facilities, I will definitely recommend Tri-Star Storage of Sumter. Great Job!!

My family and I rent a storage unit in March and needed an additional this past month. Both times the leasing process went smoothly. The staff were very courteous and conversational after completing business. I would definitely rent unit space with them again if needed🙂

WE were charged for 40 added days even after I called and spoke with a representative that said I did all required steps to get off rental. I am asking that you not bill for any additional days as i turned this trailer in on the 5th day (4.9.22 to 4.14.22) Please confirm that you will be crediting my bill for the 40 added days.

I was told to do the hookup of the trailer myself. Then they came out afterwards and took pictures to see if I did it right before I could leave. Made sure they took pictures of the damage the damage to the right fender that wasn't documented.

One issue only was the storage road. Bumpy and has a bad drop in road. Needs resurfacing.

I rented a trailer for up to three days however on the contract it only showed one day as a result I was charged a late fee. I had to call and get the charge reversed which was a time consuming process!

I originally scheduled a 26ft truck rental at this location. I received a call from the location rep stating they didn't have the equipment so they scheduled the pick up at another location. That location couldn't rent the truck because the oil light was on. I then canceled online after calling the 800 number only the be transferred back to the same lady repeatedly who never assisted. I drove back to the peach orchard location and there were 2 26ft trucks. VERY POOR SERVICE!!

The staff were pulling out if the parking lot as I was pulling in to see about a trailer. They noticed I was needing assistance and pulled back in to help me out. One checked me in and the other helped me hook up the trailer to my truck. Both were very hospitable, and displayed high levels of customer service. I'd recommend this location and will continue to use them for future rentals. Great job!

She Thanks for a great stay...I could stay there, only because it was so far away from home and my other vehicle was housed someplace else. I would come back for sure - wish you had a 10X35...

Paula was amazing. She was the only one that I contacted that was helpful in our time of need. We had an emergency move out and had to do it in 10 days. If she wasn't able to give us a storage unit at an amazingly affordable price, we wouldn't have been able to do the move. Thanks Paula!

Not operating business. There was a number to call, and when I did no one answered. The gate appears to have been breached. There is a warehouse for sale sign up.
