The people were nice, although I detected an error on the contract amount. The vehicle was dirty inside from dirt on the floorboard. The windshield had a crack along its entirety horizontally.

INGA Hyour agent was "plugged in" and took care of business plus he helped more than necessary and was beyond what I usually get from people supplying a sertvice these days... He needs to get his presence in the area more well known even though he's been doing U-HAUL for years! I know because about 20-16 I stayed in the motel next door and there were uhaul units there even then that's how I knew he might still be doing business now! No, I did not go to the yellow pages or use my cell phone! there is more than that to let people know you are there doing business!

Ralph PI would have the tie down brackets well lubricated to move freely. To put the safety chains on front and back a big person would have problem getting under the trailer hardly no room for a skinny person. If these locations had a raised side 10 to 12 inches you could easily install the safety chains on and take them off. I found this very difficult. I mention at the drop off location.

Matt MAll was fine but it rained most of my trip and the roof of the trailer leaked- a lot. Many of my boxes were wet.
Stephen WDid paperwork for one trailer, lights did not work. took awhile to release that trailer before registering second trailer. guess it did not cancel first one cause uhaul thought we had two at same time. Everything worked out ok.
