Jon E.My disappointment is with U-Haul not the rental location or return. My wife and I flew from Georgia to Tuscan expecting to drive our rented 10ft truck back to Georgia. The reservation was made 1 month in advance at a location 1 mile from the airport.The day before We landed in Tuscan we recieved a text that the closest available truck was 70 miles away. We were on a tight time schedule with no way to go pick up a truck that far away. The original local u-haul dealer was great and found the exact truck u-haul could not find only one mile away. After spending 4 hrs loading and securing our load we noticed the light for tire pressure guage was not funtioning. I purchased a tire guage to monitor it myself because there was no time to find a new truck and transfer my furniture. It turned out the monitor was the problem the tires were fine. The contract included 2100 mile and 6 days.. We returned the truck in with 1900 miles and in 5 days. U-Haul charged me $5.70 for gas because I was 1/8 of a tank off at the return. On both ends we worked with good local dealers but the service from U-Haul was extremely disappointing. I hope in the future u-Haul allows local dealers to make decisions that rectify obvious issues to make the rental experience reasonable. They actually interface with the customer.

ANDREW E.Bad experience from the start when I got my trailer I was told the door was a certain dimension when I got back home it was too narrow so I had to bring the trailer back and get another one when I got the other one the tire was low they told me they fixed it and I was good to go we hooked up the trailer the running lights were not working after a little bit the running light seem to be fine while going down the highway the Georgia Highway Patrol pulled me over for no trailer lights? I had to sit in a rest area for 6 hours waiting for daylight this is uncalled for after this the same tire that was supposedly fixed went down again I paid to have a new valve stem core put in which turned out was the problem very disappointed and if I get charged for this use of U-Haul I'll no longer use U-Haul in my future endeavors

Harold W.The ladybwho runs it was very nice. They were closed by 4 minutes but after some persistent knocking, she let us in and did the rental. I was sent there due to my original pickup location being changed last minute. The 2nd location, the one the original location sent me to, didn't have my re tal there at the scheduled time. I waited for 45 minutes for the truck to show. When it didn't, I called and was sent to the 3rd location. That location was almost and hour away from the Social Circle location. There needs to be a better communication between the different locations.
