You told me that the rate is for one way and they do 4 days but If I had returned it early then the rate would less than the original. And now I was billed for 1600$ for 2 days. You are liars and raping people of money with mediocre trucks.

Alex MNeed more detailed instructions if going to have customers pick up remotely. Nathan, the customer service agent said there is a step that everyone misses; how to turn on location services for Safari. That took up 20 minutes of our time. Second, do not understand purpose of calling family members as secondary contacts (quite embarrassing) when Uhaul could have ran my credit card BEFORE I got the keys. No purpose for that. Both my contacts almost didn't pick up because the didn't rent a Uhaul so thought it was junk-unnecessary step for people who can pay their bills. That needs to be reformed!

Mike HJimmy Smith at the East Petersburg center was incredibly helpful with scheduling and finding me a truck at the last minute for a busy weekend! The folks at Transformed were great as well and made the pickup experience easy and stress free. Will definitely use Uhaul again!
JASON PThere was some sticky soda looking stuff spilled but would be easy to clean. Looks like someone didn't see it when cleaning it maybe. Not a big deal.
John KI used the "express online check-in" and it didn't speed up the process at all. Not the fault of this location, but a problem with U-Haul overall. I also couldn't choose a time to pick up the truck, which caused some confusion. Again, a problem with U-Haul, not this location. Staff at this location was friendly and helpful.
Michelle MLet the customer know the hours of the drop off location and how to do a self return if need be prior to the confirmation of reservation.
