Instructions from the app were clear and concise on how to return the truck which made ending a very stressful day, rather easy.

Nathan, the customer service agent said there is a step that everyone misses; how to turn on location services for Safari. That took up 20 minutes of our time. Second, do not understand purpose of calling family members as secondary contacts (quite embarrassing) when Uhaul could have ran my credit card BEFORE I got the keys. No purpose for that. Both my contacts almost didn't pick up because the didn't rent a Uhaul so thought it was junk-unnecessary step for people who can pay their bills. That needs to be reformed!

John K.I used the "express online check-in" and it didn't speed up the process at all. Not the fault of this location, but a problem with U-Haul overall. I also couldn't choose a time to pick up the truck, which caused some confusion. Again, a problem with U-Haul, not this location. Staff at this location was friendly and helpful.
