And then when I thought I'd maybe left my key fob in the original truck, got a phone call right back. Excellent service! Fast and friendly!

Kyle Danielswell to start by saying how irritating and frustrating the website and app is being that i had to make and cancel multiple reservations do to being at the uhaul location on time yet filling out all the info it asks for if it even registered my location to allow me to do so on time so after a few hours i cancel due to wasted time when i didnt even have the vehicle yet and then on top of that was trying to get a uhaul at 5pm and not actually getting the keys till 4am only to find out that the 26ft uhaul i reserved was blocked in so exchanged it for another one available (out of 3 key boxes) which was a 20ft truck i was def not pleased and for the same price at that then charge me for use of the dolly i wouldnt have even used it had i got the one i reserved i figured heck why not i didnt get the one i reserved and im paying the same price i should be discounted or at the least able to use the dolly free of charge but no very bad experience and doubt ill ever do it again
TIMOTHY HINESI usually have no issues with the equipment but this last time the trailer lights were not working and I didn’t have time to hunt down another trailer. I personally had to butt-splice a new connector in and found three more breaks in the wiring that I fixed as well.

Richard BrindleInformed night before my pickup that the 26 foot truck not available at pickup location. Offered me 20 foot at a closer location but still not at requested location. Truck has a exhaust leak and worn out front end that made it not enjoyable to drive.

Ronald VantzNo one present at place of business. Could not check out car trailer using app. By sheer coincidence area dispatcher came by after I had been on phone with U-Haul for several minutes. He was able to help but all this was an unnecessary delay. Business owner was supposed to be there but decided to go out of town!

Lisa DavisCustomer service Representative called me early afternoon the day before pick up date. I apologize that I don’t remember her name but she was GREAT! She told me there was not a truck available at location I had reserved. The closest location that had a truck was pretty far but luckily with her help we were able to work things. I was given an extra day, extra miles at no extra charge and was able to pick up truck at self pick up location, which was SUPER easy. it really made my move so much easier. One thing about the damage on the upper corner on passengers side of the truck we reported at pick up, we did get some rainwater enter the cargo bay at that spot. Luckily we did not have damage to our things, but probably needs to be fixed to avoid that issue for future renters. Thank you!!
