My only complaint is that independent agents can’t offer military discounts. I’ve used U-haul for years and most the time I have gotten my discount, whether it be on mileage or overall reduced rate. There are other competitors out there that will give the discount without having to jump through hoops. There agents have the power of the pen... Carrey, was very helpful. I appreciate her going above an beyond trying to get in-touch with someone to she if she could get me my discount but no one seemed to get back to her.
