greg lThe UHAUL we picked up was not safe to pull because both tires were bald and the lights did not work. We had to have roadside assistance come out and tow the trailer to the Hagerstown location and my husband had to pick up a new UHAUL
Linda BU-Haul changed my drop off location from close to my house all the way to Thurmont Maryland to a location that was closed. I chose the place closest to my house because I wanted somebody to be there to do the drop off and I was going to do it on Sunday instead of waiting till Monday and unbeknownst to me. U-Haul changed it to another location which was closed and I was very upset about that. I’m not sure that I’m going to be using U-Haul again after this whole experience. I have a bad back and I needed help to take the trailer off of the Truck. Which is why I picked a location that was open on Sunday. Not happy.
