Most likely nothing. It was a misunderstanding about our contract on our part. Person calling regarding drop off wasn’t the best at communicating information regarding price of late delivery. Site entry off wasn’t well marked and office wasn’t identified well either. Perhaps anyone local wouldn’t have had an issue. We did.

Clean cab of trucks. This one stunk. It was very dirty inside the cab. Would have been nice to have the 26 ft truck I requested. I had to find another way to haul the rest of my stuff.

The trailer had a bad odor inside and I rented it at 4:50 PM and was told I had it until 5 the next night to return it. The next morning got a call from someone saying it was suppose to be returned by 8 am. It was needed for a 2 PM rental so it was back before noon. Don't no why it got so mixed up, but next time going to get it in writing.

Reservations. Messed up my pick up And drop day, plus when I drop off the vehicle at return location, place for the drop off keys was way too far from the door not visible to the customers no arrow pointing no signs of the drop off box. So drop off keys was very inconvenience I had to come back the next day to drop off the keys. We will never recommend anybody come back to this location.

We were needing to rent a trailer for an evening to transport a recliner we purchased. We had to show up early to pick the trailer up, and there was no one available to help hook-up the trailer. This wasn't a big deal. The lady checking us in seemed unfamiliar with the process (again - not a big deal). She told us that when we returned the trailer we would have to check it back in online. We had never done this at another location and asked for details. She did not know how to do it and could not give us any more guidance. We asked if there was a phone number we could send a picture to when returned (as we have one this at other locations to prove it was returned at 11PM). She said there was not a number to send it to and sent us on our way. We checked the trailer out at 4PM. We used the trailer which was clean and in good repair. We returned the trailer that evening at 11PM. We looked through my e-mail and only saw a button to use express check-in when picking the trailer up and not while returning it. We looked on u-haul.com and again could not find a magical button to check the trailer back in. We took a picture as proof and left it there. Fast forward to my credit card bill...here I see that they charged us for two rental days. They manually checked the trailer back in the next morning at 10:30am meaning we "rented" it for 18 hours (although we really only had it in our possession for 7 hours). They charged us two days for insurance and two days for rental making our total double what it should have been. I have now spent the last two hours calling the establishment, UHaul, and attempting to livechat with UHaul to have $25 refunded for the smallest trailer they rent. Mind you, we have rented 8 trailers or so over the past two years. We have never had this kind of issue. If the trailer is there when the establishment is open the next morning, everyone is happy. We have never checked a trailer in after hours in any way other than sending a picture to the one establishment. Super frustrating....

I hope that this new prague Uhaul location is the last time it moves, because it was very easy, simple, and very friendly. I hope that Uhaul makes it simpl, easy , and profitable for this location to keep Uhaul there, seems like it's hard on the people that try and run Uhaul out of their buisness. Maybe more hassel for people than it's worth to keep Uhaul as money supplement. But as for this location it's currently at, I would say simple, fast, and very friendly!!! I would recommend it to anyone!! I have and did already!!

Again evert employee from the store level to regional management seemed completely blasé about the fact that my reservation was being treated as a suggestion rather than a reservation. I can't believe uhaul as a company as no idea where any of their inventory is at any given moment. I'm entirely disgusted with this whole process. Never again for myself or anyone I know.

I dropped the rental vehicle off after hours with several inches of snow covering everything, so I had to shuffle around bit to find the drop box for the key. The snow and lack of activity (after hours) also made it a bit tricky to see where to park, other than that no complaints.
