The truck was absolutely terrible. We had to call roadside assistance everyday to even be able to move the truck which was a major inconvenience to the new owners trying to move into our former house and made us hours late returning the rental.
Josh TI have no complaints, but it may help someone to know the average MPG of their rented truck. In my case the beautiful and fairly new 15 ft F450 got a little over 10 MPG.

Daniel SThe time frame of when to pick up and drop off was not the best for us just because the place did not have anyone to work in the afternoon. No jack on the tongue of the trailer. Most women would not be able to pick it up. Inside was not swept out.
Tracy BI reserved a 15 feet for this location, a month in advance. one day before pick up, the phone call tells me I need to pick up that unit in Lakeville. As a customer I would expect that unit to be at my preferred location when i need it. not 40 minutes both ways. So I had to get a 10 footer which was not adequate for our items. Then I get mistierously get charge 5 plus dollars for mileage I never was aware of. I still love uhaul but could be managed better for your customers.

Moses DI called to verify that the trailer was dropped off properly, as I dropped it off after hours 2 days early, and didn't get a call back from the voicemail I had left. Called again yesterday to verify, and was told I would get a call back. I didn't. I just hope that everything was returned properly and that I would not be getting additional charges.

Bob HThe inside of the truck was dirty with coffee all over the center seat, counsel. The truck has snow/ice all over the truck and some came off when driving, scary. I have not be charged yet but the rate was more then what we had a quote for and we went less miles then we had thought we would.

austin gVery hard to find, when you finally get their, there is no sign telling g you ware to go, and several buildings to guess which one is the office. On top of that there are several locations closer than that one.
Michael HWe had no issues with Tracker Management, the comment below is for the place we submitted our order with. However, when we placed our request we ordered it from an Owatonna location 2 to 3 weeks prior to pick up. Pick up was to be on Saturday morning, we received a phone call on Thursday afternoon stating that they did not have a trailer to pick up in Owatonna and wanted to know if it was OK for us to go pick it up. We had to drive an 1.5 hours to pick up the trailer. If there is not an item available at a site, it would be best to either state you don't have it or go pick it up for the customer instead of having the customer to drive to pick up the item. Very frustrating when we had planned on using that time to load the trailer.

Dean PMade a reservation at a different location closer to our home yet 24hrs before pickup we were notified that there was no trailer available so we had no choice. We had a tight timeline so it was a huge inconvenience. I would have never used UHAUL if I knew this would happen.

Michelle SMy experience was very positive, so just encourage the franchise owners to keep up the good work. When I arrived I was greeted by the daughter of the owner, who got her mother to the front desk quickly. Since I had pre-registered and had completed all paperwork digitally I asked a few questions and got help with a couple of things. Very gracious and friendly attitude. I would highly recommend doing the paperwork digitally before hand and pre-paying--it saves everyone time and the process is seamless.

Kathy PThis location was fantastic. Bummed that we could not get a uhaul in Mankato and therefore had to waste per mileage fee driving an empty truck the 50ish miles to Mankato before we could load it and drive back Instead of paying a one way fee, but this location was great and very easy!
Eric JCustomer service was good. However, it felt like the truck had not been prepped. There was some trash in the truck, a windshield wiper blade was detached and lying in the cab, and snow/ice had not been cleared from the windshield.
Timothy WThe online checkin process was a nightmare, and took over 40 minutes to complete, and required the assistance of 2 onsite employees and 4-5 phone calls to UHaul corporate.

Robert MTwo tires were flat when picked up. I thought I could just put air in them to keep them ok. I was wrong, one blew out while hauling And other didn’t hold air very long . Used roadside assistance then. The tires should have been checked before I picked Up the trailer. First time I have used UHaul. Now I know to check tires right away
