Andrea MWhen I got there I was told to go on a phone call, walk to the back and type my information in I guess their back office. I was told when I made this appointment I could purchase the other parts I needed but was told at this location I could not. When it was time to attach the trailer I had to ask for help, they weren’t show if the trailer I had was the correct one, and just overall super stressful and seemed like it was not a good location to pick up a uhaul.
Gabrielle MI had to fight with central reservations to allow us to drop off at this location. At this point we were without car transportation and I had to walk back to our boat. The location they tried to force on me was five miles further away. I was able to drop off the truck a day early using the online check out but I have yet to receive confirmation of the return. Again, I spent way too much time trying to resolve this.
Prudence PThe truck was returned late but the retailer keep us informed. Even with that it was an hour drive to get the truck. Which put us late getting the second part of our contract the auto tow. 45 min from there But everyone was helpful

Laurell LThis location was wonderful. For the over all uhaul experience I feel was a scam to get me to pay more money. I reserved a truck at a certain location for my travel purposes and uhaul moved my reservation without even asking causing me to have to drive more miles which they charge for… hmm

The man who assisted me was extremely helpful and installed the attachment to my my hit and then made sure the trailer was secure to it and checked the tire pressure of the trailer as well. He and the clerk inside were courteous and I would recommend this location to my friends.

Laura BEasy pick up but no one assisted or checked the truck. They just handed us the paperwork and said "you know where it is right?"
Norma II was not given any information about time.. inexperienced location took hours for paper work did not get truck till 330 in the afternoon had truck back by noon the next day.. have no idea why I was charged for 2 days...
