Need to know what time your stores open so they won't have to make 2 trips to pick up there rental like we had to our pick up time was at 7 got there to fine out they didn't open until 10 wasted time for us

This is the WORSE Uhaul experience I have ever had and if I don't get a refund I will NEVER use your sorry company again. I was way overcharged! Nobody told me about the $43 coverage. Y'all charged me $35 for gas when I brought back MORE than I left with. The whole experience SUCKED and y'all gave me a $7 credit. That is ridiculous. You need to call me at 205.303.0106 and make this right or I am going to trash Uhaul for the rest of my life. If this is the way you do business with someone that has always used your company that is PATHETIC. I will NEVER recommend or use Uhaul again if this is not corrected by tomorrow.

The 24/7 did not work and i had to wait an hour to rent the truck I reserved. Was told I would be credited $50 off my rental but did not receive the promised credit.
