Verify that the equipment you rent, the owner update in his system that the equipment was returned. Received email that the equipment was not returned, had to call owner and remind him to check-in our equipment that we rented.

Didn't meet the staff personally but did talk over the phone and they were very helpful.

Charles MGentleman was very nice but changed my drop off location that I set without even telling me. The truck itself was dirty and had not only food but cigarette remnants. It had an issue where a loud noise would start after 60mph. Honestly this is probably the last time I use haul after how bad an experience this past trip has been.

CARLETHA BMove the U-Haul rental from this location. The guy was late for the reservation pick up at 9am. Then told me to get a trailer that wasn't even at that location. Then when I informed him the trailer was not there he came out and argued with me. He is very unprofessional. I would be ashamed to have him affiliated with my business. Not to mention he directed me to bring the trailer back to that location that day and I did that afternoon. Four days later he still did not have the trailer returned so I was charged again. This is unacceptable.

Hollis BYou can have your customers trucks, they ordered weeks ahead, in the location they requested pick up. I have never been so disappointed in a copy than U-Haul. I requested a 26 ft truck 2 weeks ago to be picked up in Eufaula. I get a text on Tuesday the truck will be in Ft Gaines. Then I get to Ft Gaines and the 26 ft never showed up. I had to settle for a 15 because that is all they had and I had to move my son on Saturday to Atlanta. If I can avoid ever using your company again you can bet I will not be a return customer and will not ever recommend your trucks. Your reps tried so hard to help all they could, but your company does a terrible job supporting them.
JOHN RTrain your employees on how to rent equipment. Don't over charge the customer. And if you say you will return a call to resolve a dispute, return the call.

Marshall DThe guy who runs the U-Haul part of the store, he's kinda weird. Not responsible enough to have my friends rent from there. My friend waited almost an hour before he came back with a be back 30 minute sign. There is no option to leave message, nothing.. the guy is nice, friendly, clean hotel. I'm sorry to say this cause I like it here,, but we were encountered with at least 3 different types of bugs plus cockroaches..

He asked her if anyone in her family had rented a UHaul recently and I had so HE (NOT MY MOTHER) PUT IT IN MY NAME. MY MOTHER IS 72 YEARS OLD AND BECAUSE SHE KEPT THE TRUCK TOO LONG I AM BEING SENT TEXTS AND EMAILS WHEN I WASNT EVEN THERE. THE OWNER WAS THE ONE WHO TALKED MY MOTHER INTO PUTTING IT IN MY NAME TO SAVE HIM SOME TIME. I AM FURIOUS AND WILL TAKE LEGAL ACTION AGAINST THE PERSON WHO ALLOWED THIS TO HAPPEN IF MY NAME IS NOT REMOVED FEOM THIS CONTRACT. TOUCH OF BLOSSOMS SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO RENT OUT UHAULS IF THEIR POLICY INCLUDES LETTING PPL RENT UHAULS IN OTHER PPL'S NAMES.

Brian BThis is the WORSE Uhaul experience I have ever had and if I don't get a refund I will NEVER use your sorry company again. I was way overcharged! Nobody told me about the $43 coverage. Y'all charged me $35 for gas when I brought back MORE than I left with. The whole experience SUCKED and y'all gave me a $7 credit. That is ridiculous. You need to call me at 205.303.0106 and make this right or I am going to trash Uhaul for the rest of my life. If this is the way you do business with someone that has always used your company that is PATHETIC. I will NEVER recommend or use Uhaul again if this is not corrected by tomorrow.
