Ray K | Overall ExperienceWater leaked into the truck and caused water damage to my belongings. Most of the items belongs to my daughter who is highly allergic to mold. I submitted a claim request to Repwest and they simply dismissed my claim. I will be reaching out to government agencies and advocacy groups to seek advice on how to handle this matter if no one from either U-Haul or Repwest takes me seriously.

Ron BUHaul agent was informed of the problem with the gas gauge and refused to even check out the problem. Only wanted to biill for the gas even though it was brought back full when picked up at 3/4 tank
