We needed a truck in a pinch, wanted a 10' but nobody had one so had to go with 15'. Easy to check in and we were quickly on our way.

Wade CCommunication. Thankfully I called before pick up to verify the availability of the equipment. I was told someone still had it out and was supposed to be back by 5 and I would be phoned right back. I called U Haul to reserve it somewhere else. That location originally said it was available and then damaged so U Haul assigned me back to Top Gun Auto. An hour and a half later on the evening before pick up they finally called me saying it was available.
Mike MDrop off location had zero signage. And the parking lot was way too crowded with no place to disconnect the trailer.

enock dDirections were not clear at all on how to pick up or drop off. There was no where to leave the keys & the instructions did not make any sense. There was no overhead door box to leave them in & it did not specify if that was at the building or not as the truck is completely across the street.
Samantha TThe Driver side mirror was broken, and the air conditioner was not working correctly, my drivers were hot and had to pull over to fix the mirror several times.

The people, the service, the truck, and everything else involved went flawlessly. I could go on and on and on with only 100% positive things to say about Top Gun Automotive in Amarillo as my UHaul choice. Thank you for your service and support.
JILL TCar Trailer lights did not function properly and it was close to lunch time so he sent us to another place to have them delt with. A new trailer was not offered ,just told us to use our car lights.
Georgina LPut a sign on the building that indicates it's a Uhaul business. There is no indication letting anyone driving by know that the business does Uhaul. All the trailers and equipment are sitting in a lot way down by a car rental place. You will draw more business if people can see a sign.

Shane MThe van I rented has a huge crack across the windshield and another crack like what a rock would make. Windshield should be replaced. Other than that, it drove nice and the people there were very friendly and helpful!

Jorge RThe guys didn't provide a location to drop off the keys after hours and didn't tell me where they wanted them. The place was closed before I came back and no one was there to help me. The owner went and did an inspection at the time I was supposed to get the van. He came back in after 15 minutes and helped two customers before getting to me. I got the van 35 minutes after my reservation.

maragaret sIt is a small location so be prepared with what you need to move around, and ensure someone confident in driving in tight spaces is driving. On another note, team at the location was great.
Tim STruck needed to be washed & cab vacuumed; several vehicle damage spots had not been noted prior to release to me; check-out process was very slow despite everything I had submitted prior on-line. Staff was friendly

Jotyar OWas almost sent away in error, told that I couldn't get uhaul since I didn't have my own car ins. I called 1 800 # and they explained to him that I actually could still rent it. I had already preconfirmed but still took 25 min to get uhaul. They gave great cust serv otherwise. Nice fellas.

Thomas MI would like to see a rental rate for 1 day on trailers for in state going one way. It is quite expensive for a one way rental when you are not leaving the state.
Scott GIt took forever to get the uhaul. Parking lot is way too crowded. Nice owner but process was so slow. Uhaul leaked from rain so several items in it were ruined.

Candise HI needed to move some things into storage. Renting this U-HAUL van was perfect for me. There was plenty of room and the van was very user friendly to drive. Everyone at this location was extremely nice.
DENISE BTrailer pickup was quick & easy. Return to Top Gun was easy, in fact the shop owner happened to be on site on a Sunday but opened the shop for my return. Great guy! Only prob was UHaul corporate who could/would not help with my refund for an early return of the trailer. Totally, completely inept but the Top Gun rental site - excellent!

Joaquin SThe owner helped me and had no idea how to run the software even though I checked in using the app... took over an hour to get the trailer and he was cussing me the whole time like it was my fault he was an idiot. Turns out that the trailer was poorly maintained and the spring on the left side broke during transport and took me an extra 4 hours to get home for what was supposed to be a 5 hour trip. Further, I had to remedy the situation myself, because your roadside assistance crew are clueless.
BRENT TAC did not work. Took 30 min to find out how to rent appliance dolly

BILL HIt is very difficult to get in and out of this facility. Also - they only have 1 person there who handles the rentals, and if he is gone - too bad. You have to wait or come back or whatever.

Seaton JBy the time i checked the uhaul in i was charged twice with two different charges. Can't seem to get anybody to tell me why. Drop place was great, just can't get ahold of u-haul.
