Representative was slow, did not know where the equipment was. He had to slowly walk back inside twice to find keys to move trucks so that I was able to get to my trailer.

Owner Jim would not help with the rental agreement. New employee struggled for over an hour to fill the form out and had asked him three times to assist and his reply was that she could do it. I finally asked him to help, and he said he’d be over in a minute and proceeded to make his lunch and a cuppa coffee before he came over. When I asked him to help with loading the trailer… I am a 65-year-old woman… He told me all I had to do was to pick it up , Put it on my hitch and “mash it down”. Those were his exact words… “Just mash it down”. I will never return to that location and I have advised the people that sent me there to never send another customer there again. He was lazy, rude and inconsiderate to his employees as well as to his customers ! A horrible representative of U haul

I had to go thru the kitchen of a restaurant, to get to a small cramped office, to get to the uhaul representative, who never even turned around from his desk to look at me. I was supposed to have my vehicle inspected , for towing, never happened. Then I was told the trailer was somewhere on the lot. Very disorganized. Upon return he wasn't sure of when I was supposed to return, or when I picked up.

Get rid of this senile, incompetent moron! He is incapable of anything and needs to retire. Can't figure out how to do much on the computer other than turning it on. Kept me waiting for over an hour until the regional manager stepped in and had me finished in 6 minutes. Than he kept me waiting again to take something out of the truck. The I inbred idiot was more interested in making lemonade for his restaurant than anything else. The "office" is a hole in the wall in back of the cooking and preparation part of the restaurant. I thought I was on another planet! Please get this failure out of the U Haul experience. He is making you look very bad.

Straps almost to short and unraveled. Hard to get in ratchet. Tires unbalanced, hitch coupler very poor condition.

They wanted to keep my contract which I did not allow and I'm assuming they never reported the trailer being returned because now almost a week after the return date I'm still getting phone calls wanting to know if the equipment was returned and where

Lack of knowledge of compiter system poor office a cubby hole dumpy looked lik he had first generation desk top dusty and dirty Had to walk thru a active commercial kitchen down a storage and prep areA very unprofessional for this mix of. Usinesses

Older guy running this odd restaurant location. Seemed a bit confused overall. Wasn't able to print out paperwork on his outdated computer setup. Was friendly enough though. He moved pickup time back an hour for some reason.

The gentlemen who handled the transaction was rude and did not have a clue what he was doing. I had to help him on his computer. The bad experience started when the place that I reserved the U-Haul at (Palmetto) was closed when I arrived. Very frustrating. BAD, BAD Expierence. I will seek other companies out the next time I need to rent a truck.

Late drop off is a little dicey here and especially this trip. There were so many trailers on their lot, there was no room for another. Was able to squeeze it between two others by hand-pushing it onto place (luckily the little 4x8 trailer is light). There was a street light but was not too effective on a small, crowded lot.
