Please list business hours when communicating with customers bon the Uhaul site and via email and texts. I was surprised twice by short business hours.

Better signage on the road (small, faded, unlit, easily missed) and clear indication of UHaul Office on the building (No Signage,) and after hours drop off instructions. The only way I was certain that I was dropping the car carrier off in the right place, was the presence of other UHaul equipment, which was not visible from the road.

Have the information transfer to the pickup locations that I put into your computer when I do a reservation, why it has to be completed twice is crazy.

When I picked up the truck on Friday for a one day rental the owner told me as long as the truck was in the lot on Monday morning when they opened he was fine with that . Halfway through my move I got a message from the other owner wondering where I was. I immediately returned the call and left a message saying that if there was any problem please call right away. No call but now this morning I find I’ve been charged for two days rental. Not only is this bad business these folks running the place should really be in better communication with their customers and themselves to prevent these things from being passed on to the customer. I will not recommend Toni’s Canine Castle to anyone but will continue to use U Haul’s many helpful and satisfying locations.

My apologies for leaving an abundance of my white dogs hair in the truck. People that transport their animals in a vehicle that is not theirs should do so with a blanket on the seat. Again - please accept my apologies and thanks for the good service. Also - the phone check out was very user friendly.
