Sherri C.I have to say, how attentive and helpful this Uhaul center was. She helped us with looking for furniture dolly's calling other Uhauls and suggestions to where to find them. She and her husband were very considerate, and to me went above and beyond there duties. We will be using them again because of the great customer service and kindness given. Most Uhaul centers we've encountered were mechanical and you felt like just a number.

This location was about 50 miles from the desired pickup location.

Lisa M.I rented a trailer that needed the electrical adapter, when we checked in the trailer they were closed so I left a note that said we will bring back the electrical adapter as soon as we can. Just hoping they got the note, I wrote it on our paperwork. We did not want to take the chance that it would be stolen off the trailer. This is David Roshau 3680 Florence Oregon

Bruce M.The only issue I had, was that the inside of the windshield was dirty/streakyâ€"- in all fairness though, I couldn't see it until I was driving into the sun, so I don't think it was intentionally left that way. To be fair, I loved everything about the truck otherwise so this isn't a complaint.

HARRY J.I reserved a trailer a month in advance near my home and a day before I was told to head 100 miles to Florence, OR to pick up my trailer. Drove two hours out to pick it up and the trailer was rented out for the day and won't be back till later. I either had to wait several hours or comeback the next day for the trailer. Next time I'm just going to buy a trailer then have to deal with this nonsense.
