jessica nyakundiI left my rug in the truck and I don’t see on the contract that they can throw my stuff away they didn’t call or text me about me leaving anything in the truck so they throw away my expensive rug. Normally when I go to a uhaul they would call me if I have left anything in the truck this uhaul place didn’t call me or text me about my rug very disappointing. When I call the person on the phone “Kim”didn’t try to give me any solution to figure out the problem all she did was say they throw it away. Will not be coming back at all
SYMANTHA GRIGSBYMy original reservation was transferred with a bs excuse of a truck being returned to the wrong location when this is an excuse for not maintaining your inventory. The truck I did receive had low tire pressure which should have been part of properly preparing the vehicle.

SHANA STICHThe windshield was filthy dirty. I had to clean it so I could see through it. Also, you advertise the truck for $19.95 a day. I drove it in town for 50 miles & paid over $74 for the rental. That is a scam. By the way I turned it in about 12 hours early & go NO CREDIT for that.
JAMES DANTZLER IVIt took 45 minutes for me to get the truck because the internet wasn't good in the facility. The lady, "Kim" Was so frustrated and tried so hard to help. This was not her fault. It was the bad internet connection which she acknowledged is how it is in the building. But I shouldn't have had to wait so long and lose time moving.

Steve KinleyNo AC in the truck and the cab was full of cat hair - you’d think a car wash that rents out U-Hauls would check for cleanliness. Even if the truck was just dropped off that morning, I would have waited for someone to look at it before I drove off to at least vaccum the hair. Worker was nice at least
Alicia ParentSuper easy experience. No complaints. Only issue was the app wouldn't work when I tried to do the phone pickup option so I had to go in and do it in person. The lady said she was getting a lot of people with the same issue, so maybe if you guys could check into that? Otherwise it was great!

Desiree GuarinqThe vehicle had almost no gas. I had to stop on my way to get the stuff I was transporting and get gas. The windows were very dirty. The inside light did not work. The woman who assisted me was very nice. the inside of the bed was clean and there was a dolly available which I didn't ask for but was very helpful
Robert DalrympleI had a big screen TV I just had to move from one house to another that was around the block. I checked the odometer when I got in the truck and tracked how many miles I went which was only 11 miles. I returned the truck keys to the same person who gave them to me and she told me I went 44 miles. I let her know it was not physically possible for me to do that as I had only been gone for 20 minutes. She called U-Haul they said the odometer read what it read and I HAD to be charged for the 44 miles that was shown and a manager from U-Haul would get in touch with me to discuss the issue. They over charged me and the manager has not called yet. They should have check the odometer prior to me getting in the car to confirm the starting number was correct so this issue doesn’t happen to other customers. Very frustrated and hope I get my money back.
Angela WeberSUGGESTION [Based on confusion I had in nighttime return]; The mobile return directions read to park in your "Lot," but your complex is large, and almost all curbs were painted red [fire zone], so I guessed a place to park. More of my combustion was finding the key drop box, Being nighttime and w/poor lighting, I walked around the whole complex looking for the [small] box. The photo showed a door, but the complex has two buildings w/ a number of doors. This was the most frustrating for me. Other than those issues, I would choose this location again as the people were very nice and helpful. I hope my suggestions are helpful to you.

Patricia PlattI was charged for 20 miles ahead of time. I put on ten miles and they have not refunded the ten additional that I paid for. I always have to chase down the refund and it should be automatic. Not cool.
Pamela RueffUhaul kept delaying and changing locations for my pickup. I ended up finding out the trick was at this location 20 mins before they closed and I was 20 mins away. The girl waited for me and was very nice.
Daniel KeyesThis gas station / car wash location has ZERO parking for returning large trucks. Plus, there's no obvious information where to find the return office. I would NOT recommend this location to anyone.
Damian SaleseThe windshield must’ve had a rock chip on the passenger side right at the frame. There was no walking around the unit beforehand. While I was driving about 8hrs latter I noticed the windshield when it started raining and the whippers, which need to be replaced where on, that there were cracks showing up. When I turned the unit back in they said I would have to pay for the window. I paid for insurance and said I would not pay for it.
Dwight StoddardMy Uhaul truck smelled very strongly of urine. It was a horrible renting experience from the very beginning. I was jerked around and misinformed many times and spent at least 4 hours on the phone trying to fix the problem they created. I would love to speak with someone ASAP!
Trisha SmolinskiMake sure AC is working in trucks, and make the app more user friendly for checking in. We spent 30 minutes trying to check in to pick up the truck because the app kept erroring out.

lynn parhamLocation does not have boxes, refrigerator dolly etc like many uhaul locations do. However, they did have blankets and a standard dolly which worked fine for my needs. Overall due to the location and where I was moving from / to, couldn't have been more convenient.

I am so glad I returned to this location, as it’s the only experience I’ve ever had with Uhaul that was actually pleasant. Ryan MinnixTruck had practically no gas in it from the start and steering was incredibly loose. Wouldn't stay straight on the road. Surprising that they would even allow someone to rent a uhaul in this condition.

Then we went to drop off uhaul and the location that was already set up was no longer available. After several calls to corporate i was finally able to confirm the location. Once at the car wash there was no directions as far as where to drop off the uhaul or keys and completing the drop off was a pain. Overall dissatisfied with our experience
Nicole WallersteinOne lady. The computer said they had a truck after it redirected me to this location. I went outside a fund a 15ft truck. She then checked the after house key return box. The keys for the truck I found were there. She finally got me registered for the truck.

Alexander MacdonaldUpon drop off, I had run into the issue I referenced above. The reservation was never modified to reflect the vehicle change, so it said I had checked out the original truck at 40000 miles or so and when I checked in the truck I was given at 52,000 miles, the system told me I’d have to pay $4,000 in adjustments. The rep at the car wash attempted to call dispatch, but couldn’t reach them after several attempts. She said I could leave and she would figure it out for me and ultimately ended up figuring the problem and providing me a solution. The car wash employee was the only decent interaction I had during this entire reservation. Her name is Savannah and she provided great service on behalf of U-Haul. Other than that, the pickup and drop off for this reservation was extremely sloppy and caused significant delays in check in and check out.
