No one was available to take care of our UHaul Truck return rental when we came to drop it off. We went to the second location which we had found on the internet back when we were researching our move. This was a private home. When we got a hold of someone on the phone we were asked to just leave the keys inside the truck - under the mat etc. After we did we called/texted a few times to make sure that the truck was secured and after a few hours finally received a call saying that yes they had the truck. In hindsight I should have called Uhaul to say we were changing our drop off location. Cell phone service was poor in this area and our app wasn't working. As far as the third question in this review form - "Was the personnel helpful?" I would have to say yes and no. We were told the truck would be taken care of soon when I questioned that we would be the ones responsible if any happened to it. But it was actually a few hours - which to me is not 'soon'. I would not recommend this drop off location.

Cameron BThe sign was barely able to be seen. I was told to location was open till 3 and someone would be there. I pulled into what looked like a junkyard. There was 2 people who were by a garage. I asked if this was U-Haul and the man said yeah but I don't work for them....park anywhere and leave the keys in the truck. I was not comfortable with that but had no choice but to do as I was told. As I said earlier... There is still the issue with the mileage being wrongly and me being charged for it. I've heard that U-Haul customer service has gone downhill over the years but I am very surprised by all of this. I had people telling me to go to penske instead. If the charge doesn't get taken care of, next time I will go elsewhere.

RUSS GIt was fine. It looked a bit like a junkyard but that's ok. There was someone there(don't know who he was/didn't identify himself) sitting in his truck. He told my husband where we could park our truck. The town was cute!

Margaret IThe associate was very helpful at TommyBoy Towing. While there might not be someone physically present at the drop off location, as long as an associate is available to assist, like it was for me, then the next customer should be good to go!
Michael GHad to wait outside in the cold while they figured out what truck was mine. The guys were not there when I got there either. The truck did not have the moving blankets or dollys I ordered. Overall a horrible experience and it makes me question ever using UHaul services again.

Charlotte LI scheduled this 3 weeks in advance and the guy was late for my pickup appointment. I had to wait for him to arrive. I think with 3 weeks notice he should have bern on time.
Prandy HVery easy to work with. Excellent CS help and rented it to me on the drop of a dime without notice. Very appreciative of their efforts and help.
PATTY SWe dropped the trailer off after hours, and it's not like other 24 hour places that we have used before. The owner was still there and was helpful taking the trailer off.

JAMES Btook about 2 hours to get the keys to the truck due to be given the wrong word code to get into the back - then after getting into the back of the truck it looked like a cat box - the inside of the cab was very muddy and dirty as well

LAWRENCEF BThe man who met me there was very friendly. I quite happy with pick up. However, I got back early with the rental. I was informed by someone in the towing store to drive the U-haul into the spot where I picked it up. I did not have anyone there to inspect the vehicle upon return. I felt a little concerned about that. My main complaint is not about this facility at all. My concern is with billing which never seem to answer the PHONE!!!!!

Michele MThis was the worse experience I ever had . Called the Lima Ohio store to rent a trailer they said they had one when I got there they said they didn't , and was very ride so I called a branch out of Cleveland and they didn't have one so they sent me to this location in Cygnet Ohio. The people there were great but I sat for almost 1.5 hours waiting for the paperwork to get done . I was quoted one price and charged my credit card more. although the people were very polite there I still had to wait to rent a trailer put me behind schedule. my real problem is with the Lima Ohio store I was treated poorly by the customer service was poor very poor they were rude I did call ahead they didn't say anything about a Brazil preservation on the trailer he said he did but I hung up on him which I didn't. The equipment was in good shape there was no issues there one of the tires was low when I picked it up. I brought the trailer back an hour or so earlier than it was supposed to be brought back to the Lima store I will not ever return for any reason. And will not ever recommend the store Lima Ohio to anybody. On the return of the trailer I did meet a young man named Aiden very polite well spoken to good care of me great experience with him kudos but the rest of the employees that I spoke with their I would not recommend a place I ever thank s
