Jennifer FSuppose to pick up In Mankato mn . Called day before no truck. Would not bring one from Montgomery- go to site couldnt get in truck with instructions.. had to call home office.. very rude woman!! Took an hour to get into truck .. worst experience ever!! Should turn into BBB!

Crystal Krente la trila yobvivi aqui en chicago y iva para minnesota y me dijo el empleado que tenia que regresarla en cierta tienda de ciudad pero que si habia una mas sercana a mi ubicasion fuera a regresarla al lugar mas sercano, y resulta que tube que pagar costos extras por dejarla en otro lugar cuando el empleado nunca me dijo eso.. esto es un fraude👎👎

michael pNothing against them, because they're in the middle of nowhere, 22 miles from my end point, and I had to pay for an extra 2 gallons of gas to get there simply because of your inventory issues in my destination city. I also had to ask for extra miles to get there as dropping it off would have put me over.

Anna TThis was my second Uhaul rental in a month. This was better than the first. The process to rent a truck is straight forward and easy. However quality of the trucks varies greatly. The suspension in this one was better than the first, but it was still pretty worn out.
