DONELLE W.I have a dispute regarding the fuel charge. The truck was filled prior to returning the truck. Originally I was charged $58.95 for 13 gallons and the gauge reflected 1/2 tank. Now the I'm charged 32.40 for 7 gallons and gauge right under 3/4 tank which is where the gauge was when I pick the truck up. Obviously there are discrepancies and this very inconvenient for me. I do not believe I should be charged for this and I would like this resolved immediately. Please have someone contact me regarding this.
Orrin C.The running lights were never checked and did not work. This postponed my trip by 7 hours. When I later called to report this I was on the road. I was told it was not the trailer it was my truck fuse. Stopped at 2 different Uhauls where they tested my fuses. They were good. Uhaul never fixed the problem and cost me about 8 hours on my trip.

MARY L.No one knew what they were doing .they had to start over 4 times .I feel like I was over charged .I just needed the truck for 1 day and moved one way to next town witch was 33.6 miles and maybe 2 more back to drop off truck at location .dropped truck off same day as rented so was charged for an extra 4 days .also told them I didn't want coverage at least 1 of the 4 times the person took before he got it right .truck was dirty inside when we opened it .very disappointed with how it all went .

KRISTI S.My complaint is with Uhaul. I rent 10 to 15 trucks a year. I had to drive over 600 miles in a POS, the worst truck. Noisy, dirty, dinged up and paid a premium price. I am moving my business to budget rental, where i always get a good truck. It is not right to charge any customer $700 for a truck where the door does not shut right, its so noisy you cannot use a phone, the seats are uncomfortable and it does not drive smooth. This is not what is adverstised on the truck or the websites, and Uhaul should refund 30 to 40% of the fee. This is my 2nd bad experience in the past 3 months, so i wont have another one.

JUDITH H.I requested a 26ft truck. When I arrived it was not available. I then called customer support and they told me that my pick up location had changed to 30 miles away. I then proceeded to go to the next pick up location only to find that the 26ft truck was not available. I ended up having to rent two trucks which increased my cost. I ended up having to go back to Tolars feed 30 miles back to pick up the other uhaul vehicle. Overall not a pleasant experience due to additional cost, and time wasted.
JANICE G.The location put the padlock to our truck on a different vehicle. We did not have the correct code for the padlock to get inside the actual truck we rented. We spent 2 hours in the parking lot on hold trying to get help from Uhaul customer service since the business was closed today. The regional manager was heard arguing to the representative in the back ground and questioning our intelligence on the matter. We tried explaining calmly..after getting the run around and being told they would “call us back in 5 minutes†and waiting 30+ on top of the almost two hours we had already waited, we called THEM back and were given a possible 10 codes it could be. We finally got in our truck and got on the road to move way later in the day that planned. Uhaul had no apology or any ounce of remorse for the 3 hour delay. The underlying issues wasn't Uhauls fault, but the lack of assistance and how the regional manager handled the issue needs to be evaluated by their corporate office and delt with. I NEVER complain about businesses like this. I'm usually the patient one, but today was absolutely horrible!
