Started with near by location in Decatur AL. and was moved to another town 26 miles from my home. If I wanted a farther away location I could have gone there to begin with. Customer service was not helpful. I contacted the representative at the Moulton AL. office who excellent because your call center told me they could not change the location farther from my home. I think what I need should be brought to nearby location instead of me going else where to get it.

1) Be ready when the customer tells you they will arrive so that there is not mass confusion. 2) Make the link to report problems available online more than just 15 minutes. 3) Speed up the process to obtain a receipt when the product is returned.

When I arrived to drop off there was no drop box and no instruction as to what I was supposed to do with the key. Again, I had to call for help through the entire process.

Only one lady working. Too many customers for her to help me, not that she could anyway. I had to connect the trailer myself. Did not have but half of the furniture pad that I had reserved. Brake lights and blinkers worked, but no tail lights. Got pulled over 2 times.

I had to hook a 26 foot truck to a auto transport trailer. The parking lot was extremely small. No help from this locations staff. One of the tires were low on the trailer.

2 trips in a row and no receipt. tried to talk to rep and was hung up on twice!!!! ask for supervisor and was hung up on!!!!! still no receipts!!!! send me MY receipts or I will never use u-haul again and will not recommend it to ANY of my Clients!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
