Although not entirely the facilities fault but the truck we rented had NO gas cause it was siphoned previously. Also, I felt the customer service was okay at best. The women was nice and disclosed the no gas to me. Nothing else was offered. Also, our move should've been an in town move rate, but was price as a 1 way making it cost nearly 4 times what we could have paid for an in town. My fault for not questioning I guess. The location did not make me feel safe at all and the truck was scary to drive, mostly because the other trucks in the lot had parts removed so who knows if the truck I drove was even going to make it across town.Nica M.
Not helpful. What kind of storage place has stairs! The whole point of storing stuff was to avoid having to move it up and down the stairs at the apartment. Big waste of time and money since the overage in mileage was from trying to find the place!JESSICA N.

This location is very hard to go into because it smells so strong of tobacco, etc. I had reserved the truck at another location but was transferred to this one. I was happy to wear a mask in this instance because it helped with the smell. The front of the truck was not clean. The windshield was very dirty.Scott B.

I ordered 2 weeks in advance and yet they did not have the 1/2 dozen moving blankets available. They did refund me and we're quite accommodating. Great overall svc.Steven L.
Vehicle had been vandalized and gas line damaged. Unable to put gas in van and had less than 1/2 tank. Had to get roadside assistant and was delayed 2 1/2 hours of travel and inconvenience. Suggest keeping vehicles in fenced or secure area and check vehicle for safety measures before customers leave location.Randy T.

The unit clearly had not been inspected. It had a personal pad-lock on it, and the location management could not figure out how to get it off. It was the only unit, and I had pre-paid for it, so we had no choice but to take it. We had to drive 40 miles out of our way to cut off the lock and then found that a homeless person had been living out of it, and had to clean it out. Then we found it had a gas-leak when we put gas in as the unit was given to us on empty though management indicated there was 1/4 tank, and there was no dolly which we also prepaid for. The wait was unacceptably long, and the service poor at best. The management would not credit back for the dolly, etc., and indicated the drop-off location would do so; which the drop-off location indicated it was easier for corporate to credit us because they would have "to fight to get the money back".Sherri F.

Staff was really nice and helpful, but charged me for additional insurance without offering it to me. They quoted me the correct price for the rental, price per mile, and cost of fuel, but said nothing about additional $14 insurance. I'll take the hit since I signed the contract without reading it closely, but I won't reserve there again or refer anyone I know.travis R.

They were very good. The only thing that went wrong was they had no dolly available even though I had ordered it. However, they did apologize and take the dolly order off the charge.Zachary G.
