There was a new guy and it took about 45 mins f9r me to get the uhaul. On top of that I was told that my card declined and then I had to give my personal information to someone over the phone.... to later find out that my card was charged $65.86, 113.82, and 51.25 and now I'm told I have to wait to get that money back. I had to call customer service a few times, as circumstances on my end changed, due to my car having transmission issues. The customer service rep was patient, professional, and accommodating and helped get everything sorted.STEVEN P.

The place is great - but our service came with a $0.30 bump per mile, from the quoted $0.89 per mile - the final price was raised to $1.19 per mile fee. This resulted in a price increase of $61. Very frustrating! We are asking for a refund and need to get it.LILLIAN B.

Was not happy with this location. Employee took over 1/2 hour just to try to help us outside with the trailer. There was only 1 employee and he had a hard time getting outside to help us. Once outside he never checked anything on the trailer, didnt walk around and check tires just wanted to get us out of there so he could go back in the office. Got an hour away and one of the tires blew on the freeway. This could have been prevented if the tires had the right amount of air in them. Very poor service at this location.SHERI S.
The truck stalled several times. The dashboard lights were coming on. The battery died several times. It wouldn't start often. I called to tell the people who booked it and they initially denied booking it. They were no help. I told the man when I returned it and he acknowledged the battery was dead and was just charged abd the service person said it may not work to let them k is. The fact that I was sent out with this vehicle in terrible condition is incredulous. The moving job was incomplete and on top of it I'm charged over 100 dollars. You should be ashamed of yourselves!!!!!!!!!!LORIE A.

This unit was filthy as it also had no gas!!! I will never rent from this location! I would never recommend someone to rent from this location. The men in the store are rude and disrespectful. Attendee did not know how to connect the Cargo Trailer to my ball hitch on my Ford Ranger Truck. I read the instructions on the arm of the Cargo Trailer and connected the chains i place by myself.EVERETT D.

The guy said that typically they charge for helping to remove auto transports, but that he'd do it this time for free. He was nice about it, but it caught me off guard because everyone else I had spoken to at Uhaul previously said that Uhaul would help attach/detach the auto transport for free.Nicholas T.

They told me to park my vehicle in wet grass/mud and I wound up being stuck once returning with the truck. It took four grown men to push my car out. The system was down when I got there so we went back and forth for over 40 minutes just to get me in a truck. The location was switched on me at last minute because of equipment shortages... never again...Marsha H.

This comment isn't for this location but overall uhaul must provide better over the phone customer service. Even the supervisor was unprofessional over the phone. My past experience makes me no longer want to use uhaul for my moving needs.Tiffany J.

Truck was a "RENT A WRECK". I'm a mover...this truck should not be on the road. Loose steering, tow/haul not working, poor shifting, weak reverse. But very clean on the inside.Robert R.
I was originally quoted 162 miles included with the rental when I checked out with the online reservation. When I returned the truck, I was not informed of anything other than "is the gas where you got it and the mileage okay?". I then got an email charging me extra for miles over the rental agreement (~140 total), because the rental only included ~120. I was not pleased.Benjamin S.
