Felix was great, got everything ready and made sure all was functioning. He was funny and pleasant.
Valeria FOur reservation was for a 9am pick up. The location lists their hours as open at 9am. At 9:20am a kid showed up who works there but he didn't have keys to get in. He called his boss to try and get things going. The kid kept apologizing but it was the absent owner who should have apologized. We worked via cell phones to upload my license. They asked me the truck number - but I didnt have that info - just an order number. The boss where ever he was looked it up and we were eventually given the keys to our truck. No paperwork to take with us. I havent yet received or seen a receipt for what was charged to my credit card. Overall pretty poor experience.

Sharon EIt would be beneficial if you say at check out that you do not accept chime. That is the only account I had. The person was great tho at both drop off and pick up.

Kevin STo begin with, this was NOT the place I requested to rent from and mistakenly I went to my requested location first and they tried to get me to rent from them even though my reservation was for elsewhere. I went to the correct location and it was a ramshackle garage and a horrible dirt driveway with very little area to pull in. My cell reception was awful and it was taking forever to begin the check in process, which turned out to be the worst experience of my life!! I had to once again take pictures of my license as well as myself, I entered one of the requested phone numbers for verification and it was checked off on the app but evidently, when I finally called customer service, it did not go through so it wasn't called. This is ridiculous in itself due to the fact that so many people will not answer a phone call with a number they do not know, even if it does say uhaul in the caller ID they think it is SPAM or a telemarketer and won't pick up, as in my case! This entire process took me well over an hour past the time that I was to meet people helping me to move things! Finally the CSR bypassed the bullshit so I could get my keys and finish the damn process. To my surprise when I checked out I had taxes on my bill! What taxes, we were in NH! When it comes Dow down to it, it would have been better if I had hire movers, which I will next month! I will never use U-haul again in my life!! Horrible experience!!
