Lock was frozen took 20 minutes to open, lock box was frozen finally got it open after standing in minus degree temperatures! No paperwork in truck to indicate that it was for me, no help line available to assist my issues!

I was never given a reciept as to the final billing. was told that It would be emailed, but I never got it. The estimated bill was $271.00 Yet, my bank card was billed $331.00. I still need a reciept. . I have no info on what I was charged for. . no proof that I was given any gas reimbustment. Really not business-like.

These folks are always great. I rent trailers two or three times a year. Friendly and helpful.

Horrible experience. Went to pick up truck and no keys. Charged me for 2 trips I didn’t take. Cost me $150.00 because of the delay in vacating the house due to the keys being unavailable. Never do this again with Titan Transmission or UHaul. Should be a crime to do this to folks.

Our reservation was for pickup at Hines in Plainfield, IN. We arrived Saturday and they were closed. I called UHaul CS and they said my pickup location is in Avon, IN. I explained that's not correct. We went to Avon and the gentleman at Titus explained they do their transfers to them a lot. Hines should have called to inform us of the reservation transfer. We spent an hour figuring it out. It was a frustrating experience.

When I got into the truck it was nasty dirty, I was charged when I was not supposed to have been, I also was charged for things that I shouldn’t have been. I was not happy with this company at all.

Local personnel are great, no improvement needed there. I would prefer being sent a contract that is not a live link only, since then the contract can change at any time, and it did. The local personnel did great to untangle an error, but I could not refer to the original contract in the process because it was not sent to me. When I went to find it, it was gone (changed). Thanks for your consideration.

Excellent service. My original reservation fell through at another location. I called the Titus Transmission U Haul and they put me in the truck I needed. We were on a tight timeline, and they could not have been better. I was very impressed. Thank you!

No safety pin for the trailer hitch latch. Virtually no room to get in the lot to pick up or deposit the trailer. entrance was full of deep potholes and very narrow with many vehicles parked in the way. Personnel were nice.
