The reception wasn’t great and I had a frustrating experience with my app. As I was attempting to submit the photos, my app timed out. When I reopened it, my rental screen was no longer appearing, nor could I access it or view past orders. At that point I had not been told where to put the key. It didn’t say if my photos went through or if the return process was complete. It was already an extremely long day of moving, which made it even more frustrating. I waited on hold in a parking lot in a dodgy area for 10 minutes to be told my return DID go through and the operator had to tell me where to put the key. It was very irritating.
Raeann BarnesMaps told me I was at the place when I was at the gas station. Looked around didn't see any Uhauls or uhaul signs. Saw the gated off area of the storage place, didn't figure that was it. Asked a local, he sent me down the street to some abandoned furniture store. Indeed there was a sign out front and a Dropbox. They call me the next day and the guy was nice but the woman was a b, wanting to know where the truck was. I assume it was still there as the truck was marked down as returned.
Laura adamsThe gas tank was on empty when I received it. I ended up putting more gas than I should have so that the next person that gets it didn’t have to go to the gas station right away.
Kristin SmithHave your customer service reps tell customers beforehand they have to fill out information and have a code. This will save a lot more time when people have important things to [move] do.
KIYAN WARD BROOKSI rented a dolly and the furniture pads and they were not in the uhaul. I had to go to a different location to pick up items.

Michael MaloofThe employee checking us out was very helpful & professional but the employee that was obviously on drugs hootin & hollering & pacing through the location needs fired. Not good business to expose your customers to that situation. He also flipped off my husband.
Rachael SmithI reserved my truck for 12pm and no one was there to assist me with my keys! I then had to wait an entire hour for the only person who knows how to come up and take my key off a board and hand it to me. There were other workers there that could have done something so simple but somehow only one person can do it? And she's not even in the office when people are reserving trucks? So I kept the truck until 1pm the next day and then got double charged for the rental?? Horrible customer service and if they cant honor reservations on time they shouldnt be a Uhaul location.
