There was food left over in the truck sunflower seeds in the cup holders the guy who registered me did not know what there doing they had you type in your own stuff meaning second driver extra phone number then to top it off I was told 69 cent a mile and charged 99 cents I am very unpleased with uhaul when your Bernini told one price and charged another

The staff was nice, however he kept saying the van was “new” but it had over 5000 miles and the mirror fell off. I didn't nothing wrong, but was charged $150 because the mirror straight fell off on the highway. It felt like there were transmissions issues as well. I would never go here again because it felt like a scam.

The rep at this location is not trustworthy, but he was not disrespectful - just very shady.... I made my reservation online and purposefully choose NO INSURANCE. When he handed me the key, I did a walk around on the truck and there was a ripped side of the truck (driver's side) that did not have to usual sticker to indicate it happened on a previous rental. I took a pic. of it with my phone which time stamped it to show I took possession of the truck and the damage was already there even before leaving his Lot. He put a sticker after I told him to verify I did not make that damage. I also asked for him to provide a paper copy of this rental transaction - he told me it's all online and could not give me anything. I was very wary of that remark from him and already lost trust because of the way he was handling this transaction. When I returned the truck and tried to pay - the invoice was for an extra $14 - so it was approx. $54. I told him I did not choose any insurance (I only used the truck for 11 miles, on back roads so I felt safe to do that). He told me he cannot remove the charge, and that I should be thankful I did not have an accident while driving, and the $14 was good to have. I immedidately called U-haul Cust. Svc, and the Rep was great, she confirmed my online reserv., and saw that I did not choose Insur. when I placed the reservation. So this man at that dealer was behaving in a very unproffesional and criminal manner in adding on the Insur. - I also told him I brought my car insurance with me to show I had vehicle insur. I see today via email that U-Haul charged me a total of $61.89 for this rental!!!!! What else did this man at his rental lot charge me for???? I am disputing this charge with my credit card company and ask for your help to recharge me the honest and proper amount for renting the truck. Truck rental: $19.95, drove 11 miles total, truck was out for less than 2 hrs. (I rented for 4 hrs), truck was clean, I put gas in the truck before return, $1.00 "environmental chg", and sales tax if any. Gracias

Nobody in the office area. Had to go find them in the shop both times I went to this location. Also got charged for 6 gallons of gas when I returned it exactly on a 1/4 of a tank like the agreement stated.

Having the correct vehicle would be an improvement. I was supposed to have a 9' van reserved, but the location did not have my reservation, so I had to rent the more expensive 10' truck that was available. I'll be calling Monday morning to request a refund for the difference in price

The owner rolled his eyes twice while I was in person with him. I was polite and very confused why he rolled his eyes after telling him I ordered a van for 24 hours. Van had German cockaroaches and smelled like poop. I used self check in and self checkout through uhaul app and still had to wait for him to do check in and check out stuff.

They did not have geo locator on to return, when I went the next day they did not check the truck bed just mileage after I asked. They said I should have just dropped off the key but you have details saying him will be charged and a full video. Had to ask for a receipt.

My reservation was for 10:00am, nobody showed up to help get me a cargo van until 10:40am I had people waiting at the move location and had to pay a laborer to sit around waiting for these people to appear, after the move they unilaterally imposed the "collision damage waiver" without ever asking me if I wanted the insurance or giving me the opportunity to decline the coverage

I was disappointed that the u-haul standard of maintaining clean equipment was lacking, both the interior and exterior including the bed lining. I noticed several dings and scratches were not marked with X inspection stickers. I took the time and washed the vehicle before dropping it off for the next renter.

Owner was not even there they sent me away saying “he had an emergency” and I could not have my rental. I drove down the street to another Uhaul dealer who seemed angry saying they shouldn't have sent me away and to go back. I went back and the guy who sent me away hooked up my uhaul rental and I returned it 2 hours later. Nobody explained anything to me or gave me any instructions on return. I returned 2 hours later and the same man took the rental off and said I'm good to go. I was charged 4x the amount I was supposed to be charged for my 1 day rental.

We did not deliver vehicle to this location. We returned our vehicle after hours to a facility about a mile and a half away, which we thought was the correct location. I attempted to call (833) 399-0504 numerous times and could not get answered. Was contacted by U-haul and they wanted to know why we had not returned the truck? I explained we had, when it was returned, where it was located. The next thing I read is a email transaction receipt charging my credit card $200.32 for 3 extra days of usage, additional fuel (we put fuel in before unit was returned), and 3 days of insurance coverage. I also believe the mileage calculation was incorrect. Please tell me who gave you authorization to charge my credit card without contacting me or my approval. We used U-haul for 3 moves in the last year (including this one) and will not use or recommend them ever again.

Reserved a van. Arrived and tried to do online check in. Wasn't available because a vehicle had not been assigned. Went to inside and talked to a man. He said the van was already rented and he could give me a truck. I was not happy because I reserved a van specifically because we were moving something that couldn't get rained on and we live in Florida. I asked about the guarantee and if it just didn't apply to this location, the guy said it applies, just not to me. The guy said my reservation was for 3pm. And it was my fault he rented the van. I showed him on my phone where it said 2:30. It also said 2:30 on the screen me kept showing me. I'm pretty annoyed at this point. I managed to move what I needed moved, but the dudes service needs work. Also the truck we ended up with was gross. There's a pandemic going on. Clean between renters. If you don't have time, hire someone. If you don't have money to hire, focus on brakes and tires instead of rental vehicles. I would appreciate if someone from U-Haul could reach out regarding this experience.

Keep your vehicles clean inside and out. Eliminate smoking in your vehicles. They stink and the pick-up truck that I rented over the last 12 days was "filthy" inside and outside and smelled terrible. Enforce "no smoking" in your vehicles and keep them nice, clean and tidy. Disinfect your vehicles with Lysol aerosol spray, due to the rampant spread of the Delta and Lambda Coronavirus spreading/epidemic in the USA right now!

Worst experience ever. I do not recommend this place to anyone!! The guy at this location is a liar and a robber! He made me pay for items I did not agree to. Then lied about the gas gage to make me pay more even after I showed him the picture I took before leaving. I also had my fuel receipt which he didn't bother to look at. Thank goodness I took a picture… DONT TRUST THIS PLACE unless you have money to blow.
