The guy was very professional and helpful. I don’t normally write reviews but pickup and drop off went very smoothly. Everything was good except he did charge me a little extra fee for gas even though I thought I put enough fuel on the fuel gauge but then again I could’ve been a little off on the fuel but I wasn’t going to dispute it because it was a fast and easy experience. Truck was clean and in good working condition.

I was very impressed with the pick up experience. The systems worked flawlessly and I was in and out in just a few minutes as the attendant was able to access my previous rental information and work from thet.

Did not have the size truck I reserved but did provide me with smaller truck. That was not the local agents fault but should receive the $50 credit as advertised.

The uhaul had really bad gas fumes to the point we had to roll the passenger side window down because the driver side window wouldn’t roll down.

I thought my rate was high for the rental, but maybe because i was taking it so far. The remtal site did t have the pads I ordered so i had to drive ~35 mile to get pads. The next site told me there was a special going on and it would have been SO MUCH less than inn Iliad I made a complaint not heard back!

There was old seafood in the back of the truck which made my furniture smell like I’ve been fishing I can’t get it out.. I wish I could have some of My money back

They were the only part about this whole Uhaul experience that stopped me from calling Uhaul's CEO and telling him what he can do with this company. Uhaul is the cheapest 95% of the time, but here on out I will pay twice as much OR buy my own trailing to avoid dealing with Uhaul. -Todd

Improve the app for no contact rental. I rented the U-Haul a few days prior and when I went to pick it up the app said I still needed to be approved. I didn’t have the information until I was already at the location attempting to get my rental. It held me up and made it more difficult to rent.

We had to wait a while for the U HAUL computer terminal to come up as I was the first customer there to pick up the trailer. Enjoyed visiting with your rep while I was waiting.

The hook up was substandard. Uhaul ball was the improper ball for the hookup causing the truck and trailer to bow down close to the road and the chains to be too close to the road.

I'm not sure I would recommend this location to anyone. I was there to p/u the truck at 9:00 when business stated it was open, the attendant didn't arrive until 9:15. I rented the truck for 24 hrs w/the understanding that I was just using the truck in town and would probably return within a few hours. I was told the less hours I used the truck would reduce the hourly charge for mileage. I used the truck from 9:30 to 2:30 but was still charged a $1.00 an hour so I didn't have to hurry because the rate was NOT reduced. The app didn't work when returning so I had to place to call to UHaul and spend over 30 minutes to return. Overall not a good experience. I will say that when I contacted this location they did have the courtesy to return calls. I first called a location on Hillcrest Road to inquire about using a truck, it would have been closer for us, but they have never returned my call to date!

I was suppose to pick up my truck at 10am that Saturday. They guy was an hr late. I was suppose to return the van with a quarter tank. I filled a lil more than quartet tank. And was still charge a $50 fee. They said it was at an 1/8 tank. Also I requested 2 dozen furniture pads. The guy said he only had 11. So I went again and got them. Then when I returned, they charge $20 cause there were missing 13. I only had 11in the first place. Very unorganized, and overcharged for things that were not my fault.

The person who attended me was really nice, but I am not happy with u haul, because they made me to pick the van up 12 miles from my home, and I know that there are other locations near my home ??

Nothing. I just need to make improvements on my reservations in the future. I would like to have a more flexible pick up especially when traveling like last night.
