The guy was very professional and helpful. I don't normally write reviews but pickup and drop off went very smoothly. Everything was good except he did charge me a little extra fee for gas even though I thought I put enough fuel on the fuel gauge but then again I could've been a little off on the fuel but I wasn't going to dispute it because it was a fast and easy experience. Truck was clean and in good working condition.

I didn't have the information until I was already at the location attempting to get my rental. It held me up and made it more difficult to rent.

Cindy B.The hook up was substandard. Uhaul ball was the improper ball for the hookup causing the truck and trailer to bow down close to the road and the chains to be too close to the road.
Harold H.I'm not sure I would recommend this location to anyone. I was there to p/u the truck at 9:00 when business stated it was open, the attendant didn't arrive until 9:15. I rented the truck for 24 hrs w/the understanding that I was just using the truck in town and would probably return within a few hours. I was told the less hours I used the truck would reduce the hourly charge for mileage. I used the truck from 9:30 to 2:30 but was still charged a $1.00 an hour so I didn't have to hurry because the rate was NOT reduced. The app didn't work when returning so I had to place to call to UHaul and spend over 30 minutes to return. Overall not a good experience. I will say that when I contacted this location they did have the courtesy to return calls. I first called a location on Hillcrest Road to inquire about using a truck, it would have been closer for us, but they have never returned my call to date!

Tom L.I was suppose to pick up my truck at 10am that Saturday. They guy was an hr late. I was suppose to return the van with a quarter tank. I filled a lil more than quartet tank. And was still charge a $50 fee. They said it was at an 1/8 tank. Also I requested 2 dozen furniture pads. The guy said he only had 11. So I went again and got them. Then when I returned, they charge $20 cause there were missing 13. I only had 11in the first place. Very unorganized, and overcharged for things that were not my fault.
