Customer service was fine but the truck was junk! And we ordered a truck in Manhattan,KS and they sent us 30 minutes away to pick it up. Ironic when you have to pay miles. Not happy with Uhaul.Dawn W.

Well I reserved the truck with one month of anticipation I know in June it is a lot of moving and I reserved a dolly for appliances too, the day that suppose to get the truck no dolly in the Truck, the Sir was so disrespectfully to me when I was question about the dolly. I have to go to rent one in another place. The tires of the truck was so bad. The day of my moving it was raining and tires was slippery on the road. The brakes also was bad, the attic of the truck was leaking and the boxes that I have had there was wet.Gracia T.
The truck was extremely old and the brakes were iffy I'm glad I did not have far to go with the in-city move. It was clean but my complaint is with the age and brake condition.Paula P.

The truck was 2 Gallons low on coolant and the truck almost overheated had i not caught the temp gauge climbing. Look under the hood and found the coolant reservoir bone dry, so bought 2 gallons of prestone at a local auto parts (had to get a ride there and back to truck) and filled the cooling system on the truck so we could drive the truck back 2 hours to return it.Jeffrey B.

Tim's auto sales was just a great location to rent from; the customer service was top notch. I was called a day prior and despite issues with my uhaul reservation, they went out of their way to make sure I got the equipment I needed and on time. Highly recommend!Shawn B.

We reserved and paid for the I-haul on line. The location was specified on line. When we got there, we were expecting a quick process of just picking up the key and getting on our way. The gentleman helping us had us pay extra fees. When I asked about it, he said it was taxes and that they can't charge that on line because of the difference in cities. Even though our paperwork online specifically stated that location. He was not very friendly and he did not wear a mask, which I found to be highly irresponsible and disrespectful. We were there at least 15 minutes which I find ridiculous since we did all our paperwork ahead of time on line, including payment (except for the hidden fee, of course).Juan H.

Truck had just over a quarter of a tank, after the proper-tier told me it was at 6/8s. Cargo area of the truck was dirty, had to sweep it out before I loaded my household goods. Other than the online portion of u-Haul, that was the only thing that was worth the experience.Brian R.
Don't hide all the fees. I was not told about taxes nor was I told about an environmental fee. I was under the impression I would be getting money back out of my 100.00 deposit and now I find out I still owe money.vera D.

The place was out of my way, but necessary to obtain a truck. Nothing against the place. They did a great job of preparing the truck and having it ready. I did not know that I was to leave the lock that was on the truck. Now have to mail it which will be an additional expense to me. The 24/7 instructions are easy to follow but should have included instructions to leave the lock.RON S.

My visit to Tim's Auto Sales for our U-Haul rental was simply outstanding. It began with the a uplifting energetic voice that answered the telephone on our first inquiry. The gentleman there, and I believe there is only one person handling their sales calls, sounded eager to answer the phone oh, he spoke up easy to hear, eager to make the sale, all the while he seemed genuinely a happy man. Following are simple reservation, upon arrival, he had the same optimistic attitude has he demonstrated on the telephone. Furthermore, these telephone skills and sales skills that he demonstrated seems to come naturally to him, and they are often what we miss when we do business today. He is obviously an asset to Tim. And I would love to have him working at my facility answering the phones for my company. So look out Tim! Haha just kidding! I wouldn't do business that way. Did not answer the phone when i called multiple times to extend it. Acted like i was pissing him off when i finally got ahold of him and acted like it was my fault instead of his for not answering. Told me he was probably going to have to charge me for the trailer mistake that was due to uhauals system because he didn't know how to take the fee off when there wasn't even a fee on my account. The Uhaul truck was good and clean, but the Appliance dolly did not work because the part the strap needed to connect to was broken. The crank must of been broken for a while because it had rust on it. I noted that when I returned it but I was still charged the $20 rental fee which is not huge but I thought he would of removed that charge since I could not use the appliance dolly.Charles S.
reserved a 26 ft truck online but U-Haul dealer called us to inform us there was not that size available within 30 miles of our location we were given a 15 ft truck instead but not compensated for the inconvenience at all.Thomas N.

Nothing wrong with Tim's what I found upsetting was to get a call saying that they didn't open until 10:00am on Sat. I had requested an 9:30 start and had picked a place that supposedly opened at 9:30. However, the system bumped my to Tim's despite my 9;30 request. The man at Tim's agreed to meet me at 9:30 which was nice. BUT Why does your system not take into account the requests.Paula P.
