They closed early the day we dropped off with just a sign in the window saying so. There was not enough parking, especially for big trucks, and 2 out of the 5 possible spots were filled with regular passenger vehicles. It was joke trying to park our truck for drop off.

Our original reservation was for a different city. It would have been nice to have been notified of the change further in advance as it was a difference of a 40 minute drive.

The original order for pickup and drop off was changed on the day before the move was to take place. Because both pickup and dropoff locations was changed meant that I incurred more expenses. The scheduler said that I would be compensated for my increased costs which never took place! A review by a 1-800 operator said that the scheduler never made any such comments so I am just left to eat these additional costs. If a call is made to Uhaul be sure to get the name and other information of the scheduler.

I ordered furniture pads and they were not in the truck. I did the app pick up, so there was not anyone there. It is such a pain when you order something and are planning on them for use of moving. I would not recommend friends to order any of your stuff to use. I would recommend them to order from someone else. The truck itself worked great.

The only complaint I had was the cup holder inside the cab had sticky dried up brown soft drink all over it. And gum wrappers in it. Other than that it was all good:)

1. Trailer in unimproved "back lot", set off amongst weeds & dirt. 2. While I had no difficulty in attaching the trailer to my hitch because I have done this before, my grand-daughter helped by checking the trailer lights for me. The site attendant stayed at her desk

They have very little space for parking, the gentlemen I met with was not very friendly and was not very accommodating to my needs when I needed to keep the vehicle for an extra day. I was not very happy with the service but the vehicle was reasonably clean and well maintained.

Ordered a 10’ truck. Received a 20’ truck and was charged for that 20’ truck. Received the wrong truck, where the mileage difference was about 50,000 compared to the one I was supposed to be given. Was overcharged, and will not be using U-Haul services again.

When the employee attached the trailer to the hitch it all seemed fine, but when I drove a car onto the ramp, the trailer popped right off the hitch. It wasn't even close to being secure. I had to really tighten the latch down. The connection is bad. You should use a different type of connector so that people don't have this problem.

Renting with U-Haul was a simple process. I didn't feel nickel and dimed with hidden fees, unlike other rental companies. Overall a good experience.

Returned vehicle in on time (in fact an hour early) and vehicle was not checked in, resulting in me having to call u-haul corporate after receiving a non-return of equipment email.

When we arrived, the employee asked our name and checked his computer to "discover" we had a reservation. The equipment had not been returned (he was not aware of this), so we had to take whatever was there, but first I had to call in to transfer the reservation to the new vehicle. After being on hold forever, the employee called someone to get it taken care of (he could have offered to do that at the onset). He at least let us know we would get $50 from U-Haul for the vehicle not being there. Should he not have checked on reservations first thing in the morning, rather than waiting for us to show up at the appointed time at 1:30 p.m.? He could have given us a courtesy call. It took an hour to get things straightened out with a new truck that was way too big and cost more money. Since the mileage was also more expensive, we had to change the reservation to a one-way trip and take our car along to make the trip home. This was cheaper than a round-trip in the rental truck. If you're going to advertise a U-Haul location, then you should empower that location to make the same managerial decisions as a dedicated "U-Haul" location. Or, inform the customer that the "unofficial" U-Haul location has limited services and decision-making authority. The average Joe on the street doesn't know the difference when booking online. Not happy. By the way, the engine on this truck suddenly revs to a high rpm. My husband had to stand on the brakes at intersections to keep from hitting the car in front of him. You should look up this vehicle and take it off the road until repaired. It is extremely dangerous.
