My service was outstanding! However, I would suggest allowing customers to park on-site for the feeling of addd safety and security. I felt disconnected from my overall experience and security by walking across the street, over railroad tracks and parking in a desolate zone. While one may minimize this bc it's somewhat close to the uhaul location, it is in fact off-site parking with very little activity from other people parking …feels deserted .

I had a serious issue with no enough gas in the tank. Per a Haul customer service rep, the minimum a truck should have is 1/4 tank. Mine was under that. I brought the truck back with the same amount I had picked it up with and was penalized heavily for this. My rental used no more than 20 miles. This is not the best experience.

The brake lights/turn signals did not work and one tail lamp was out. The passenger side rear trailer tire kept going flat with the car on trailer necessitating periodic stops to refill.

Van was clean but smell of cigarette smoke very prominent. Not the agency's fault. It's a shame renters smoke in them. Bothered me the entire time I had van. Very clean, drove well, staff was a pleasure. Van smelled bad from smokers.
