Not told all the details. Ordered a dolly but one was not provided. Sent to another store but they did not have one either.
BRENT CThe location was fine. We were able to return the truck after hours and use the key drop. No one was around on-site. But we had no problems. Key drop-off box was clearly marked. Very much appreciated the large empty parking lot in which to return the large truck. This was not the drop-off location's fault, but being forced to accept a 26-foot truck when no 20-foot trucks were available in my area, changed the drop-off location. I was thankful that this location was able to accept the larger truck. It turned out that the drop-off location i had selected originally was unable to accept trucks that large! I would never had known this had I not been forced to call u-haul to extend our rental by one day (as the app was not letting me extend). There was absolutely no indication or notice that my chosen return site would have been unable to take a 26-foot truck. The U-haul rep on the phone kindly looked through many different options to find a site that could accept such a large truck. And then she booked me into the Tiger Storage site instead. Thank goodness we had to extend the rental and ended up having to speak to a representative to do so -- otherwise we would have been returning the large truck to our original drop-off location and finding that it was unable to accommodate a truck of that size. Again, not an issue with Tiger Storage, but, instead, an issue with regional U-Haul.
Sharon MIf I'm being honest it doesn't have anything to do with the location but with U-Haul in general. On Friday I was there to pick up my U-Haul, which I did the online thing they offer, big mistake I was there for almost 3 hours because of it. I downloaded the app like said followed all the directions. And then it kept saying payment declined. They had pulled multiple payments out of my account until I had insufficient funds. In which they said none of them went through. So I had to call my bank and they said they all went through pending finalization on merchants end. They canceled my reservation for that day and told me to come back tomorrow that they will treat it like a walk in. So I did that and still had to wait over an hour because of other issues with the system. Needless to say I wasn't very happy and it cost me a whole day of moving!

COREY YClerk was most helpful and friendly. She made sure my inspection and pick up went seamlessly. She was also very helpful and instrumental in facilitating the return at a separate location. The destination operations was not accessible. If not for her, I would have wasted time and energy locating another place that would enable me to return/drop off the trailer when finished. If I were in charge of licensing U-Haul facilities, I would remove them (Jamie Noah) from the available operations locations. The Highland, AR business is: Jamie Noah Ark and Saw LLC. Not only was I not able to contact the owner, I found two men and a woman at their drop off location having the same problem. The men were looking to rent, and the woman couldn't gain access to the truck listed as her rental. She had to go to the location (Partz Store) as I did in order to pick up the truck promised her by the original location.
